First time user of an Aneros. I did make an entry into the 1st time chat on this.  I used lube and a lube injector. It was still a bit tight initially but then moved inside easily. I went for 45 minutes. I did use the vibration after a while and found setting 7 to be very pleasant. Nothing earth shattering for me. I did have kind of a brief 'Wow' moment for about 6 or 7 seconds about 20 minutes in. The experience was pleasant throughout though. I focus on breathing and being a relaxed state. I've had the ESV since shortly after it came out, I love my HSV (Helix Syn Vibrating) a lot but knew the ESV would be worth the investment and be quite different. I could predict this because the classic Eupho (non-Trident) and classic Helix (non-Trident) were and still are completely different when I use them. While not of the most popular opinion, given the Helix is the most referred and recommended model for new guys to try (I certainly still tell everyone online when it comes up to go for the Helix), I've always had a great time with the Eupho and when I select toys, I choose the Eupho over the Helix. The newer Syn versions with the K-tabs are good, but I like the Eupho better. The HSV is what really sold me on the Helix body shape. While a tad bigger than the non-V version, the vibration and especially patterns (like numbers 9 and 10!) made it feel like something more alive was in me, and although the engagement on my prostate is good with the Helix models, the vibration just got me more 'there' and I needed that. 

Then I got the ESV and everything changed!! I don't crave vibrating toys normally, they are like a fun novelty to throw in the mix when I plan sessions that go 45+ minutes. Maybe I'll use two for shits and giggles. The ESV is a toy that I like to use with or without the vibration, and NO vibrating toys I own can make me say that. So, with the vibration on, the ESV really gets the spots I need the most, and its the best vibrating toy I have now that makes me have orgasms really easily, they are like Aneros-style orgasms (advanced prostate players will likely know what I'm talking about here 😉 ), and again, like the HSV, the really low power initial vibration setting is the one that gets me there quickly, over and over, and brings me to Super Os with perfect build up, more so than with other vibrating toys.

I feel like most non-Aneros brand vibrating toys jackhammer the fuck out of the prostate. The lowest power setting is just way too strong and it feels like a blender is in my ass. The ESV is so subtle and perfect. I can feel the autocontractions perfectly; no power super blast motor making the contractions feel vacant or like they aren't even happening. If anything the low vibration of the ESV coaxes my anal sphincters to "give it up" if you will, and pucker and make the ESV body move really well.

I also use my blue Maximus Syn Trident as a great finisher! I got this a few weeks ago. First impression was that I was sent the wrong one - I thought it was the helix synth V as the size was much larger than the regular ero synth. It took me a moment to convince myself it was indeed correct and I double checked the website and noticed that the size is bigger for the ESV, though not much on paper, it looks much bigger in reality.

As always, it's subtle, but it's these little things that make all the difference..

For me, this is the best toy Aneros have made, I haven't used another one since I got it. Previous favourites were the regular ES, the helix synth V, we-vibe vector, and progasm. There is something about the size and shape of the ESV that works perfectly for me - this is just using it without the vibe.

Thankfully, the vibe follows the same styles as the HSV, maybe the lowest setting is even lower than the HSV. This is perfect as it almost feels like nothing. If I use the vibe then it's usually at the lowest setting on mode 2 (regular pulsing). I wish the vice2 had a setting this low.. The Vector is almost as low, but that toy has it's own pros and cons. Turning up the vibe setting on the ESV is immediately too much (at least for me). The only reason for me to use the Vector at all now is that it connects to xToys and therefore you can use custom waveforms - having this for Aneros is my only wishlist item, but it's a nit-pick really.
