how many times have you tried it? We all have duds or times when certain devices do nothing for us. Give it time IMO.

Yes I insert it all the way, but it will almost always slip back out just past the first bump at the bottom.

It looks like it's too heavy, it was designed to sell to those that wanted something aesthetically pleasing over functionality.

@xtimedt69, I never insert the tempo all the way in, just let the bulbous end pass the sphincters and leave it there. Worth a try, this is how it gets me off. If it works its way further in just go with it. I find it ends up where my body wants it.
Also I don't agree that it is purely an aesthetic choice as stated earlier in this thread, the material and weight are important factors in how it works. Stick with it, if you get it to work, you'll have anal orgasms like you wouldn't believe.

@xtimedt69, I am sorry you are not having success with the Tempo. Perhaps your ass muscles are not strong enough to keep it in.

As for myself, when I changed my position for most of my Aneros tools in February 2014, that was when my sessions got much better.

When I got the Tempo in November 2013, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it slipped to the hilt. I also discovered that I could sit on it comfortably while seated at my PC. I found that when I did that, Tempo would work its magic, I mean "Tempo rhythm!" The Tempo is made of heavy stainless steel. I like to think of the Tempo as a pair of barbells. I discovered that it's great for toning and strengthening my anal musculature and both of my inner and outer sphincters. Tempo stars in almost ever session because of this. I use Tempo between a smaller model like Eupho Classic and/or Helix Classic AND Maximus and/or Progasm Classic.

I wouldn't say it has given me anal or prostate orgasms, but boy, does it feel really good. A few days ago I had a fairly lackluster session, but I included Tempo nonetheless. Afterward I received the consolation of powerful, sweet Aless!

I have never had sex with anybody with an Aneros model inserted. I suppose MGX, Helix, or even Maximus would work great because they are rather light in weight. Likewise especially the various sizes of Peridise. But I think if you are going have sex with somebody with Tempo, you're going to strengthen your anal musculature and sphincters a great deal. Same thing while walking around with Peridise inserted. 😉

@BigGlansDC My muscles are pretty strong, so I don't think that is it. I often have sex with the largest Peridise in and it is AWESOME!!!! None of the other Aneros models will stay in during sex.

These posts have piqued my interest in Tempo, again! With it slipping lower while seated, it's probably having a largely anal effect, it would seem to me.
@xtimedt69 PGjr stays in just fine for me.(Maybe I'm a quieter lovemaker?). Though I have not used it as much recently during lovemaking. At first it would launch me and give me harder erections and fantastic finishes, but more recently less so. Interestingly, initially (when it was effective for lovemaking for me, PGjr wasn't giving me any pleasure solo. Now, that has flipped. It has become a very much loved choice for me to aneros with even as it seems to be less "effective" during lovemaking. Go, figure...I have begun using it before lovemaking though as a kind of solo "foreplay"... Isn't it great that so many of us have varied reactions and effects of the same devices. @xtimedt69 WELL tie it in there with some string. Make yourself a string Sting gstring with tempo butt plug.Maybe progasm ICE will stay in for you. Sounds like you clentch your as big time when you blow your load.
