try smoking some weed if you are not against it then any relaxing music i like female vocalist like norah jones and it hepls me sleep and really helps with aneros sessions but dont get in trouble i know some areas of the us possesion can get you put away 😉

I whole heartedly agree, toker. Nothing like a couple of puffs to start the relaxation for you!

I finally did a little shopping to go along with Rumel suggestions. The HypnAerosession CD from Rumel available from this site is a must for most users. It is one of the best ways to get you relaxed and into the journey.
