I bought the original MGX about 3 years ago and have used it about 10 times. I find it hard to use because the P-tab is very uncomfortable. After a few minutes it becomes unbearable. I was thinking of trying the Helix Syn but from looking at it the P-tab looks the same? Now I see the trident series and from looking at them it seems the P-tab is more rounded? Is this true? This may be a dumb question but is everyone's prostate at the same spot? I'm a taller, thin guy, 6'3" and from my measurements my prostate is around 3.5" into my body. For the experienced users what is a good suggestion for my next purchase? Was thinking Trident Helix or Progasm but I have no clue! Thanks in Advance!

Height does not always determine what model will work best for you. The way Aneros products are designed, they kind of "find' the right spot once inserted on their own.
I am short and the models that I have seen mentioned that are good for taller people work for me just fine as well.
I do not own the MGX Trident, but it looks like the P-tab is the same as tab on the Eupho and Helix Trident I do own. Those tabs are the same shape as the Eupho/Helix Syn models. If you had issues with the P-tab being uncomfortable any of the Trident series models should be a good choice.
