I wish i had made this post years ago, as tis is how long ive had this happen from time to time.

After some sessions i get soreness that sometimes hurts so much i cant walk properly! It doesnt make a difference if the session is long/short or even what device is used, it seems random. Though in the past when ive been a bit tooo rigorous it always results in this pain.

Description of the pain: its a very dull ache i feel it to the left of my groin inside, not quite where tthe porstate is actually but somewhere to the left of it, quite left actually. Right now i have this pain and its tender to touch it (about 1-2cm above where the crease of the left leg is to the torso, its definitley inside. its not alway there, sometimes its the right and sometimes its centre. With this ache i get the same ache in my balls too, whats even weirder is my balls go super saggy! no other time do they do it, only when having this pain.

After a few hours it goes away, or when i go to sleep and wake up, its gone 100%.

I had it the other day right after a session and got worried, it was a good session, i dont do anything vigorous anymore with my sessions, always gentle now, but still it happens. So i had this pain and i decided to have an ejaculatory orgasm and it went almost immediatly after doing that! what the hell!?

I had this same pain just now post session and just had another ejaculatory orgasm, but this time the pain is still there? i thought maybe the aneros sessions were trapping fluids or something and releasing it aliviated it but now i dont know.

I also had this one other time without having a session or a device involved, it was during a time i was dating a woman some years ago and we were having the most erotic sexual encounter (no sex just lots of sucking/licking and playing) and i got the same pain, couldnt walk for a few hours, felt sick too.

Wtf is this?

Probably just some mild adductor or tendon pain.

Hmm, adductor? not heard of that one! Is it something i should be worried about? or perhaps i will just get used to/eases over time?

A good rule of thumb is that post pain is usually ok as long as it goes away. Pain during is usually more of a concern.

@theeagleandwolf

Most ppl are probably a little tight around there due to modern living. It shouldn’t be a concern if it’s just a little overuse.
