I think this post is more for me than anyone else here but i like to share when i find something new about this experience and about my own journey:
Warm Up Session
Not needed for eveyrone but i find by doing this i get more response in the subsequent session for real.
I use a peredise here and do varying contractions, on this occasion i turned the tb so it was flat and facing forward and using my fingers buts the tab away (so the bulb inside is pushed on to my prostate) and just do a few contractions with this as well. Do this really gently, this gets my prostate going.
Main Session
I find that i only feel pleasure in my prostate when i have an erection, actually when the erection ramps up is when i get the build up or plateau-ing feelings.
I would not say its a Super O, i am not sure if its dry or an 'average-medium' type of level of orgasmic response (or even mini?) what it is though is nice and i will stick with it for as long as it works. I just hope with subsequent attempts at this that i build up the feelings enough to enable higher levels of pleasure, one day.
I also think that having a high failure rate for so long has directly effected my arousal levels and ability to get past early barriers of arousal because i get bored. I need to keep that part of myself 'engaged'. I found once i hit a level, i.e. when my prostate was awoken in the session that the mere thought of the erection is enough to get me aroused, once i am on the road to erection (i still can't work out which comes first, the erection or the prostate pleasure) that is enough to keep me engaged with the feelings that follow shortly.
I did not know just how important arousal was. I would say its a very, very high level of arousal required (at least for me)
Important side note: it also seems to result in having post session a-less sensations that are, quite wonderful indeed! Perhaps even as intense as the session itself, its a nice 'side effect'

Yes, mental arousal is that important, but also is relaxation. In auto-pilot-ejaculation-mode, these two are opposing each other. When I was at the stage you are describing now, I was able to build up ample arousal but not able to relax into it and expand it into my body. That results usually in hitting an invisible wall (that is impossible to overcome - no super-o on the other side). The connector for arousal and relaxation is mental surrender / letting go. I know that sounds vague, but that mental state of surrendering does the trick because it stops the tensing up while being arousing iteself. Immersing in according fantasies (of being helplessly surrendered to a source of lust) helps a lot.

Jeah, I read similar testimonials about the rude boy. Vibration is nice in general, but it seems not beneficial for the aneros approach. Vibrations somehow dulls your nerves over time and that's quite the opposite of what you want to achieve.

Hm, I wouldn't worry much about erections. They sometimes kick in with a rush of (serious) arousal, but they are not a good indicator for the nerval response / feedback loop. My stronger super-o peaks come rather with a semi than a full hard on - most of the time I'm flaccid.
Watching porn is a good way to lift your mental arousal and give it push when needed. I normally set up a long playlist of amatur porn when I start a session and use headphones to keep up the immersion when I close my eyes during the session.
@Sorena_, do you vary/experiment withyour session-routine? I set up mirrors rather rarely, because it distracts me to find a position where I can see me and still stay comfortable and relaxed.

Im just being a bit sarcastic, everytim i make a breakthrough i find the technique used stops working after a time and then never works again (thus far). But we shall see. I also have a dry humour, might be that too.

Agreed re vibration however i mainly refer to the shape and length of the rude boy and they fact it never stays in either, useless!

Most of the time, if I'm flaccid, i feel nothing. I only feel nice things if i am in an anerosless session, weather its volutanry or not. Any prostate massager than touches my prostate seems to create a feedback where my penis gets hard, its been true 100% of the time in this journey and i don't know why. It is immensely distracting at times.

This is always advised against but yes i agree, it works well for me too.

I always vary it but only because nothing seems to work twice. However the mirror thing works well because it looks sexy hah, i guess my penis being hard there is of benefit for arousal (to me at least)
Also i know the video is a crude example but its the closest i can find to describe how interconnected my erection/penis is to my prostate pleasure. Saying that though he is able to go one further an have dry orgasms whilst masturbating somehow:

UPDATE
I tried the technique again today, same warm up session (basically a session with minimal feelings and just designed to generate p waves a few hours later)
Felt P waves all day
Went into session 5 or so hours later not feeling horney at all, this time i use porn and it gets me going.
Instant amazing feelings, wears off and then after a while comes back, using the same technique. I find that a harder contraction is needed later on.
I then find if i sort of tense my legs slightly i can focus an internal muscle and it allowed me to feel the autofcuking muscle better and almost control it, when doing so i got a continual warm orgasmic feeling non stop for about 2 mins.
It wasn't intense, but then i was merely experimenting and was only to see if things were working as before.
Seems to be a technique that is more consistent that all others I've tried.
