I have been an aneros user for many years but only had recent success. I had big issues regarding getting beyond a certain point, it seemed after a few mins things would die down, no matter what i did. Today i discovered that the issue is my arousal levels and a total lack of them after a few mins.

PS. I also have aneros less control, all i need to do is just tense and release muscle, results in the same as above however more general, 'mild' if you will

I wish I understood the rules, or the parameters of this whole experience (yes i understand that there really are no rules!) because today i was so aroused from the other days session (i try to leave a day in between sessions) and i repeated the above experience. Within seconds of insertion i was leaking pre-cum something i never ever do normally, i was so very, very aroused!
But here is the strange part: the session wasn't anywhere near as good as the first session, in fact even though i felt some pleasureable things it wasnt even remotley close, depsite repeating the exact steps above.
I am left wondering if the little spurt of precum i had in the amazing session somehow had an effect? However, taking a more educated guess at this, i think i may have been TOO excited for the session! It was like i couldnt get the aneros in quick enough! I think it can give a person a sort of sub concious 'expectation' when your previous sessions are amazing. Being too eager, possibly being too aroused and not letting part of me relax and allowing the muscles to quiver and pulse inside and also failing to keep my focus on the 'slit' as i mentioned above I think caused it to be less 'successful'.
It can be deceptive as well, because you can feel some nice things and it fools you into thinking "oh here we go" and you then sort of subconciously expect it to be amazing and you can find yourself tensing your legs or something else that is actually not helpful in progressing. Perhaps this will improve or become more identifyable with more use, allowing better more productive sessions in the future.
I hope i can have another decent session because it was amazing and better than anything ive felt before in any session ever.
EDIT: yep, ive overdone it i think. I notcied post first session that i was a little 'sore' inside i associate this with muscle soreness as a reult of possible tension or 'forcing' things. Though i did not feel as though i was forcing things in this new session i may have been doing it unawares. I sometimes get this discomfort when ive been 'pushing out' as well. This feeling is like being kicked in the groin a little, not painful, just a bit of mild discomfort. Might need 3 days minimum between sessions for me 😀
Note to self: use more subltly arousing porn as well (might help not to force things)

A big part of my arousal during a session is self generated. I chose to be aroused, therefore I am :^) I use use intermittent fantasy visualizations to fuel the arousal. As I actively encourage myself to be more and more aroused the physical effects seem to happen very easily. Coupled with the ache, the tensions and moving them around, the arousal is the fuel that feeds the fire.
We have the ability to get off (big time) without intercourse or direct penis masturbation, women have been doing this forever. But you have to use the big head and want it bad enough to take your time and learn what works for you.
