Hello to all the forum posters and lurkers!

I am a longtime lurker (>1 year) and this is my first post. I got my Aneros a little over a year ago and use it sporadically. Sometimes I have daily sessions over a week and some months have no sessions. Progress has been slow but steady over the year with me seeing great improvement in my overall sex life.

About a week ago I was finishing a 4 day Aneros binge. I am at the point now where I usually feel some level of orgasm during sessions. This includes involuntary clamping with definite pleasure for several minutes followed by a feeling of release and satisfaction. I infrequently have Aless unless I have a particularly long or wild session.

So the other day I woke up about 2 hours earlier than normal and I was having serious contractions and clamping. I was confused since I was still out of it and had no Aneros inserted. I just enjoyed it for about 10 mins or so and fell back asleep. For most of that day I experienced Aless contractions. This was pleasurable but pretty distracting to go about daily business that way! Ha ha ha!

Anyways, just curious if some / many of you have experienced this Aless experience waking you up? Is this one of the unwritten milestones in the rewiring process? It has only happened once, but was quite surprising. All other things that I have experience up to now are fairly well documented in the wiki / forum / milestones.

I appreciate any responses and shared experiences.

Glad to be here and see you all around!

Welcome to the world of A-less. I would recommend that you start all your sessions A-less as this is the best way to learn about arousal and how to build it. It took me about 6 months of regular A-less practice to hit my first A-less super O and in the process I have learned so much about arousal and the deep relaxation needed to Hit super O's on a regular basis. Good luck on this exciting part of your journey.

Your lucky, I have been at it for about 11 months and I am starting to wonder if it will ever happen. During my sessions I get generally good feelings and sometimes it will feel like it's building to something but nothing like an orgasm feeling has ever happened. I envy the guys who say they have used it 3 or 4 times and the dry o's happen. I figure if it is gonna happen one of these days it will probably sneak up on me.

Thank you so much for the advice and welcome @brucemarkland! I've found Aless to be very interesting as you have less control than with the toy (you can't take it out!). Makes for interesting times standing in bank lines for example when things start tingling down there 😉

Hey @aneros_user113188. I went through a loooong spell with very little progress so ended up doing less sessions (which probably slowed down progress). If you feel like it is building towards something then it is a matter of time. Just do your best to relax and enjoy the sensations! Have you tried @Rumela's Hypnosis MP3? If not, worth considering. Cheaper than a new toy and it helped me really relax. Now I can get "in the zone" in 5 mins or less whereas before it took maybe 10-15 minutes. Hope that helps!

Robert-daneros I am going to try more sessions in a week. Only doing it once or twice for about an hour at time. I used to do more sessions and longer but time constraints being what they are an hour each time is the best I could probably ask for. Will try to strech my sessions out longer. I will have to look into @rumelas MP3. Thanks for the tip.

Hey @robert_daneros,

glad you changed from lurking to actively contributing. I was lurking for around 5 years and I'm pretty sure my progress would have been a lot faster if I had considered asking for advise here in the forum from time to time.

Anyways, just curious if some / many of

Yup... when I'm "in heat" respectively when I'm very aroused in
anticipation of a session (like 1 day before) and most likely during the
day right after the session. Spontanous pleasure waves and twitching
occur quite regulary then. I improved my a-less game big time in the
last 6 months and nowadays I sometimes wake up with a-less orgasms - a
dry version of a "wet-dream" so to say...

Interesting that you
mention the milestone list. I wasn't aware that that experience was
missing on it. Imho, it should totally be listed there. It's a very good sign wich indicates, that you are on a good way!

@Unfug,

Thanks for your reply! When you say you've improved your a-less game big time, can you give any specifics of what you are doing?

As for the milestones there are things like "ability to grow pleasure outside of sessions" and "dry orgasms without Aneros" but nothing like "standing in line somewhere and get hit with pleasure wave" or "wake up and your prostate is in the middle of a session!" Ha ha ha! Good to be an explorer in this world 😉

Well, before I had my first super-o in january this year, I started a regular pelvic workout for approx 3 months (aka Kegels). In the course of training, I learned my pelvic muscles and gained precise control and sensual awareness over them. Then, I developed the habit of doing these excersices when was surfing porn and that led to my first (suprising) mini-o's.

Later (I guess it was around spring this year) I got in touch with Jack Johnstons KSMO. That gave me a better understanding of the nature of pleasure waves and how to induce them (more or less) at will.

If you are interested, you may read my entry in the "My first super-o"- thread. It's quite long, but it covers lots of stuff that I've learned and done so far:
