Rewired and orgasmic but arosual problems

I find my prostate is sensitive and highly receptive to stimulation these days, however unlike my lenghy journey where I’ve had lots of huge amounts of arosual and sexual excitement ie prostate horniness, it’s suddenly vanished. I’m lucky now to get a session that lasts more then ten minutes before I am 100% not aroused in any way. These sessions only happen perhaps once every two months as well, compared to my previous arosual levels it’s pretty poor.

im 37 years old, I don’t consider this normal. I don’t really want to have to get testosterone injections, hoping there are more over the counter methods of getting that warm desire back. Testosterone patches maybe? I heard saw palmetto is good? Does it work? I did try horny goat weed for a while but it worked very poorly and only really gave me heart palpitations.

What works for me.

Make sure I get plenty of rest.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat enough.
Take a GOOD multivitamin EVERY DAY!
Ask myself, "What's stressing me right now?" Sometimes you don't see it until you really ask yourself the question.

Give it some time too.

Pomegranates? interesting - never heard that before. @goldenboy; Is it a coincidence you start eating them or is there anything scientific?

@The_Fury @amaz I remember eating watermelon too. I did a quick web search and found the following list of natural foods to help boost erections and penis health: Oysters, Dark Chocolate, Garlic, Onion, Saffron, Citrus Fruits, Chillies, Watermelon, Pomegranate, Banana. You can see that pomegranate is on the list!

@The_Fury I wouldn't say exponentially, but a noticeable difference. Try it for a week and see if it helps!
