It is a must to relax and clear the mind of all stress and interrupting the mind. It is amazing for learning to relax, to focus only on the skills involved to reach orgasm. Not only that, but it took me over a year before I finally did it!! Hell yeah, it is so incredible, and I was able to do it a week later within 20 minutes. Once I realized how to properly do it, I am now on my way to better and longer lasting O's. The sex with my female partner is better now that I recognize how it all works. This is the best when alone and moving in every direction and positioning my body to achieve the best results. Alone time is so fun and pleasurable, but I use it with my lady friend also. I must point out. I am straight and at first concerned with gay stuff. IT IS NOT HOMO OR GAY!! It is for those who want to further themselves sexually.

To be totally relaxed and focused is definitely key to achieving good results! Sometimes it takes years to combine the two but when you do, the results can be overwhelming! Glad you were able to achieve and enjoy! In today’s world it can be difficult for many to be relaxed and free from outside distractions! Not to mention the fact that many are in a hurry and want instant results!

I was hypnotized recently on a cruise ship and then went to a self hypnosis class also on the ship.  I now can just let all my mussels relax and just melt into the bed, my mind focuses on the breathing and with each breath focus on letting your mussels relaxing just a little bit more.  It's awesome, and really helped my progress.

Meditation is one of the main things that will help people. Being able to switch off the mind, relaxing and have patience for an hour is very very hard, but if you can do it... its so helpful to the journey.

The problem in todays world is that everyone is addicted to the fast dopamine from phone etc, anyone ever try just sitting or laying in a quiet room with nothing. Its very difficult. I myself try and improve at this but its an uphill journey.
