Ok, i JUST startex using my Helix SYN. Very first Aneros and i am enjoying it a lot. Although, i am not sure if it has taught me everything that it has teach me. Now bear with me for a minute.
I've only been using the Aneros for a Month and I have already had multiple Super-O's. I know that im lucky and I cant really say why! I did notice that instead of the regular Kegel flexes, im flexing a muscle that almost feels deeper. For lack of a better description, it feels as though its the muscles around my Tailbone. If i flex this muscle I can have a dry o in no time.
Excitement was ahort lived though. After a few sessions i was unable to getto that zone again. Fully relaxed, nothing new...but it's just having 0 effect on me. I decide to just give it all a rest for a while.
I was bored last night and I decided that i would try these flexes without the Aneros. Holy cow! Without the Aneros I was able to have the SAME dry o that ive been missing! Am i just really lucky, or is this part of the process.

There are many factors which have to be aligned for a session to lead to a Super-O, any expectations can create blockage to that end.Holy cow! Am i just really lucky, or is this part of the process. My guess is that you are one of the lucky few who seem to be pre-wired for the Aneros journey. Congratulations on your good fortune and enjoy your voyages into pleasure realms. For men who have achieved a certain level of rewiring, Anerosless sessions can become a common reality, again congratulations for having elevated your sensual abilities.
Good Vibes to You !
Cool that's really good to hear! I have always tried to start in tune to what my body is telling me. The Helix SYN did help me realize what muscle groups need to be focused on though.
It's indeed a journey, and I can't wait to see where it takes me.

I've had early success and later failures, even though failure is a harsh word for sessions without super-os. Even these are peaceful and relaxing. I just caulk it up to not being worthy that night and usually end up in a deep sleep!
