Now I know you're supposed to contract like you're trying not to pee. Now while doing a session sometimes it's more involuntary, other times it just feels right, and good to do a long like 30 second "clamp down" on the aneros type contraction. Now when you contract do you do like short, quick ones? Or the more long, clamp down ones? Just curious
Get really relaxed with the Aneros in for 5 to 10 minutes. Then do gentle PC contractions, like how you'd gently cut off urine flow midstream, holding them about 30 to 45 seconds, then release about that long and repeat several times. Lightly tickling your nipples while doing this usually helps some tingling feelings in your prostate and some involuntary contractions to occur.
