Pushing Aneros out when excitement starts

Hey, 

I'm sure the topic's been discussed already, but I couldn't find it, I am sorry. 

I am able to have beautiful dry (or super-) orgasms by ever so slightly touching my nipples and gland. I already had this expierence with Aneros inserted as well.

Yet the thing is that I get most pleasure by (somewhat strongly) bearing down, when the waves come. If I don't do this, the orgasmic energy decreases. Sadly, I therefore can't incorporate the Aneros the way I want, because I'd push it out, whenever the phase gets intense. 

Anyone knows what I'm talking about and has overcome this hurdle?

It's funny I was just talking about this because it takes for me an incredible effort to push aneros out. It never pops out for me like I've seen in videos.

Try your bearing down by focusing pushing down from your Pubic pad.

Only happens to me with the programs (old model). Physically block it with your hand or an object (like while straddling something or sitting down).

Yes. Old progasm does that! Also seems like that may be some of the magic that makes it work so well. It is so slippery and trying to move out and your body wants to retain it...as it glides to a point, an involuntary  pleasure response kicks in to resist. 

The old progasm is the only one that I always push in to bottom out. The others all draw right in to where they need to be. 

If slipping out is a problem, I would recommend using the MGX model. It pulls in and locks to the point I have to work to relax. It was my first aneros device and that was my first problem!  I put it in, had my fun, it felt good, then I almost panicked when inexperienced me couldn't pull it out! I still remember kneeling in front of my computer desperately searching (probably this forum!) For how to remove the thing. I felt really goofy when I realized how easy it was.

The bearing down is part of my technique but mine works by doing so really gently.

Those are very interesting perspectives. 

I sometimes get the feeling I should be totally relaxed all the time. But the best experiences are all by mixing relaxation with quite some long and strong abdominal contractions.

Would you say that engaging the core muscles (strongly) is ok, as long as there's no penis simulation?

Short answer, yes. Long answer...your journey will vary. I han aneros products for well over ten years before I started actually getting it and believing the super-o to be a real thing.  I don't know what triggered the growth, but when I was ready for it, the info on the aneros wiki made sense, and somewhere in there I tripped on a manual or someone's PDF write up on the Aneros Slightest Touch e-stim device(long out of production). This write up had excellent instructions on breathing and drawing in and pushing out to a point and repeating the process. Look that up and it may help.

I noticed the pushing urge was much stronger for me once i started to attempt male squirting. No luck yet but still learning that. But anyway it does seem to improve the feeling during hands-free aneros session.

@rumel, I started my Aneros journey over 6 1/2 years ago and back then, I was reading everything B. Mayfield was writing (huge inspiration for me) but I really don't remember this PDF.

That certainly is the one! And I wish I could find the meditation audio loop I was listening to at the time! I believe that sound would send me back to that first unbelievable experience.

@zentai there were no words. It was just eastern music and vibes on a loop that I found on YouTube. The experience was so powerful, I think it scared me, so i clicked the YouTube button to stop recommending this video. Wish I hadn't done that!

If you haven’t separated control over your pelvic muscles,work on it. You can bear down from the abs and public region while sucking with the sphincter. You can also have sessions with legs flat on the bed so your ass is sat on the toy.

Yeah it's going to be pretty hard to find this... If you have a YouTube account you can go back to your video history, I wonder if you can see a list of channels and videos you blocked somewhere ? I also don't know if you can go back several months or years, it might be worth a shot if the audio was that good.

@zentai I have tried to look for those options.  I was pretty freaked out...it kept following me in my feed and I blocked it and erased it from my history. Oh man, what was I thinking?!?! The super-o was powerful!  I wish I could see specifically what videos and channels I have blocked but I haven't figured that out if it is possible.

All I remember is the timing worked perfectly with my breathing.  Occasionally I will have something trigger a memory of the sound. It worked well for me.

I definitely reach a point as Im getting close to a super O where I have an urge to bare down. If I bare down gently it definitely brings on the next level of pleasure waves. I find if I then conciously relax the same muscles this contrast intensifies things until I literally cant relax the muscles. This is often followed by the aneros being drawn in with this being completely involuntary. Allowing yourself to mentally sit back and observe that your body is doing this without you is a sign for me that Im in a super O

This is nicely put. It’s always nice to hear ppl figure stuff out. Too many times, ppl think when it’s getting good,if they go 5 times harder it’ll be 5 times better when actually easing off some propels one into the stratosphere. 🙂
