Hi guys!
Just joined this site and I have read many of the posts. Many are highly erotic so this post may be a bit of a let down. I am a top and very well versed in prostate stimulation (I've also been a nurse for the past 25 years) but it's other people's prostates that I have concerned myself with prior to now. I have been asking around, but even in the medical community there isn't a lot of information on prostate stimulation/massage. My PSA has always been in the 0's, but in the past couple of years it's gone up around 2.2 and seems to want to stay there. I'm also not peeing as hard as I used to. Other than that, my prostate appears to be healthy. I am new to and open to pleasuring my own prostate, but it's sort of health driven. I know prostate stimulation/massage is good for the gland, but in medical practice, this is usually indicated for older men who rarely have the chance to orgasm and it makes sense to have the gland active however you can to avoid the nearly inevitable problems that accompany an aging prostate, but what about sexually active younger men? Does anyone know if prostate stimulation staves off prostate trouble in the future? Is direct prostate stimulation healthy for the prostate? Has anyone had the experience of having an elevated PSA decrease with prostate massage?
I would welcome any comments or personal experiences on this issue.
Thank you!

I have been using aneros devices for over 15 years, My PSA fluctuates between 1.0 and 1.1 ug/L which I believe is good for a 64 year old. I also regularly take 1g of pumpkin seed oil twice a day which I believe is also good for the prostate.

I believe the PSA level is temporally elevated following sexual activity so I tend to refrain from sexual activity for 2 days before my annual blood test.

I have attempted to feel my own prostate but either it is too small or too deep to find with my fingers.

Thank you for your response!
I have found that not masturbating for a few days prior to getting my PSA dramatically reduces the results. I am a heavy duty masturbator (1 to 2 hours straight a day) and I was wondering if this "excessive" masturbation may be contributing to the rise in my PSA. If it is, then maybe the aneros devices used in tandem with the masturbation would be beneficial? Can't hurt to try!
