Polio and the Aneros

I had polio when I was 6, I am now 62. I have complete control of the anus/rectum muscles and the left glut. I bought the MGX and Progasm and the CD. I have had them about 2 weeks. and I have tried both and listened to the CD. By the way, the CD is wonderful for relaxing. So far I have not had any result from either Aneros. I know exactly where the prostate is and how it feels when touch or rubbed however, with the insertion of either Aneros I can not feel them touch the prostate. I do have the release of prostate fluid but that is as far as it goes. I do not get and erection with either. I do the contractions as it says on the CD and nothing happens. They both feel good but that seems to be as far as it goes. I have complete feeling in all parts of my body and I have no problem ejeculating. I do have high blood pressure and taking 3 kinds of meds for that and I take 2 meds for back pain.

My question is, which you have probably heard a million times. The question is: Do you have any suggestions for arriving at the "Super O"?

I have read a lot of post looking for help and have tried many suggestions but nothing seems to work. I don't get any tingleing in the areas that other people have posted nor do I get any mini anal contractions.

I don't get any thing but the usual slight release of prostate fluid. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Thanks for your help
🙁

The way the aneros touches the prostate is supposed to be a lot gentler than other sorts of touching or rubbing of the prostate.
As far as I understand, it may take some time for the body to become sensitive to this touch. It has to learn what to look for.

You said you've got some release of prostate fluid, and that doing the contractions feels good.
That certainly suggests to me that you're on the right path. It's probably just a matter of practice.
Keep doing it and try to be aware of any new feelings, however small or insignificant they may seem.

You likely need more than two weeks before you see some results. Be patient and best wishes.

Thanks so much for your answers, gm501 and Fuzzy. 🙂 This gives me more confidense to keep up the work.

This is a great device, especially if I can get it to work. The forum and the blogs are great. There is so much info out there about these devices.

Cotton-

I took be almost a year to really understand what the aneros was about. It's a whole paradigm change from the usual self-pleasure. I suggest you read and re-read the wiki and read the forum...and use the aneros!
Good luck to you and don't give up!

In answer to your question: Do you have any suggestions for arriving at the "Super O"?
I would suggest to just take your time, don't push for results - they will happen in time. You mention that you had polio at 6 years-of-age. I don't think this is a factor. I also had polio when I was 12 with results much like yours. Since when you do contractions they "feel good" is a good sign that you will get to even more and more feel good sensations. Try and dwell on the good and other sensation and you will get to the Supper O's when you least expect it. Sometimes I do better and sometimes I don't. I use the Helix and Progasm - but my best results are with the Progasm. Relax and enjoy.
