Aneros MGX vs Tantus Anal Stimulator

Hi there. I'm a straight guy (I don't know why I feel obligated to say that) and I'm interested in the Aneros product.

BUT, I already have a TANTUS ripple anal stimulator. It is a small graduated dildo-like thing. I have to say I don't like it very much.

I'm curious though if that is even stimulating my prostate for one and also, I don't like the way it keeps me "open". It looks like the Aneros (I'm referring to the MGX) is tapered so that it may not be as obvious to your sphincter that there is something there. Not sure though.

So, in summary, if I don't like this anal stimulator that I already have, should I be delving any further by experimenting with the Aneros?

I am interested in a new sensation but it seems like a dildo just isn't my thing. Tell me the Aneros doesn't feel like you have something opening you up. I hope that makes sense.

thanks.

Hey fromohiousa welcome first of all!

I want to tell you not to feel ashamed about bringing this topic up and asking for advice, what we call intimate is really covered in shame and fear. It seems you tried dildo for anal play and that did not bring allot of pleasurable sensations and you feel that there is more to anal play but where you are is not what gives you fun feeling. Well I and many people here will probably say same thing aneros does not feel as if something is opening you up, as you slide it in you can get that felling but after it's in you will likely feel very comfortable with your anus since most of aneros stays inside your body. I am not sure how dido feels to be honest never tried that but aneros will position itself in a very stable position it will move when you move your muscles so you are hands free that is also a great feeling. Most of all it will hit your prostate giving it pressure and stimulation setting you on the way to great pleasure.

In general it seems to me you are physically uncomfortable with anal stimulation you received before aneros has many models in different sizes to help you avoid that feeling in being intruded, I suggest you give aneros a try since it will put you in to allot of pleasure if you take your time. Anal play is great so try not to make any negative feelings about it.

Hope this helps good luck, if you do try aneros please visit back and let us know how it worked for you and how it feels for you.

Hi fromohiousa,

Welcome to the Forum.

I’ll try to answer some of your questions/concerns. First, comparing the two products is an apples/oranges thing. The two products have very different design intents. One is designed for intense anal stimulation (only tangentially stimulating your prostate) and the other for gentle prostate massage with perneal and anal stimulation for reinforcement of sensations. I strongly urge you to go to http://www.aneros.com/description.php and read all the tabs there to get a better understanding of what prostate massage is all about.
Your gender orientation (straight, bi or gay) makes no difference on this Forum or on your ability to enjoy the Aneros devices.
I share your dislike for sex toys like dildos and butt plugs that uncomfortably stretch your anus. I can assure you the MGX will be very comfortable, as it feels no larger than your little finger once inserted. If even that thought is bothersome you might wish to consider the diminutive Peridise model (less than the thickness of a pencil, but very stimulating nonetheless). From your description of likes, I would recommend you not purchase the Progasm or Maximus models as both of those models will tend to stretch you a bit (though not as much as your current device).
The Aneros massagers are definitely new sensation provoking devices, but there is often a learning curve associated with tuning into these new sensations (see my PM to you).
