I'm a pretty big guy. 6'3'', over 300 pounds. I tried using the Aneros Helix with pretty good results. I haven't gotten a "Super-O" yet, but I've experienced what some might call "Mini-Os".
Anyways, does any other people on this forum find the Perineum tab arm a bit too short? It doesn't really hit my perineum area, but instead only extends about 1/4 inch away from the rectum, almost touching the rectual opening.
Don't get me wrong, using the Aneros has been pleasurable so far (surprizingly, for how small it is). I'm just wondering if a new model should be released, not to incease the size of the Aneros per say, but to cater to bigger guys (bigger perineum tab and arm, slightly longer/thicker but same design as the Helix, etc.)
Good idea. I'm not sure if the P-tab hits me right either. Maybe they can make it so the stem ends with a hole that the P-tab/Handle bar can slide back and forth in so guys can adjust the placement so it hits the right spot.
Of course, user beware. If the handle is cut off, nothing would prevent the bar from sliding out of the hole. Then nothing would prevent the device from going in so far that it would require an emergency room visit to retrieve. 😳

Well its not like it gets in the way or is annoying. I'm just wondering if it might be taking away from the full experience if it doesn't quite reach the right spot.
I'd describe my experience as more of a light massage that gradually makes me feel more and more tranquil, with waves of pleasure coming and going, but nothing as intense as having loads of precum and rapid erections. Does the P-Tab really add that much to the overall experience?
I worried about losing my MXG after cutting the handle off. After using it for a while, I'm very confindent that an embarassing emergency room visit is NOT in my future. The p tab arm will prevent it from slipping in. Although it's called the p tab, the accupressure point that is being activated is not located in the middle of the perineum. If you go to the stickys there are instructions for finding your spot. In my case it is closer to my anus. Padding the tab with some toilet paper or with a rubber cover (medicine dropper bulb here) will help a lot.
I have yet to get any feelings from the p tab on two models I have used. But in all fairness, I have only had a few mini o's and very mild feelings when that happens. I do feel pressure on the p tab contact but to say I have any sensation coming from that contact.. no not yet.
I have to believe it has something to do when the muscles start their vibrations, the p tab in unison starts to hammer on the perinium and that causes additional muscles to flex and spasm thus resulting in greater pleasure. But as I said, thus far I can't say if the tab is good or bad.
One thing I know is that it helps keep my Aneros stable when I switch positions.
Hey Guys!
I went thru the same exact things, when I was in my first few months with Aneros!
So much so, that I heated up my SGX and bent the P-tab forward. I couldn't get the reach I wanted. so I re-heated it and bent it again and it snapped off!
At a later date, I decided to use it again (I had filed it smooth, of course!) and had a fantastic Super-O with it! (prooving to me that it is not totally necessary to have it on there) but I much prefer it on!
A few months ago, I took off the curly tail on my Mgx and Helix and they are actually at a better angle for me now!
Different strokes is really right!
