I sometimes experience a "blue balls" type pain following the big O. Any ideas on why?

A couple of questions; are you ending your Super O sessions with an ejaculation? Do experience the pain immediately following a Super O or is it sometime later? Have you ever had this type of pain following a traditional orgasm?

I always end every Super O session with a return to a traditional orgasm (ejaculation). Why? First of all it feels tremendous and secondly, it is my belief that the prostate must be emptied following such intense stimulation. Sexual arousal creates vasocongestion (congestion in the blood vessels that serve the penis and surrounding tissues. Because of the abundance of sensory nerves in the testicles, one often feels discomfort there following intense arousal. Simply put, ejaculation relieves the vasocongestion.

I know that there are some out there who believe in retention a practice that has always mystified me (a one-way ticket to Blue Balls if you ask me). If you are not doing so already, I strongly suggest that you conclude your sessions with an ejaculation.

On the rare occasions, (because of time constraints), that I have been unable to finish myself off, I have indeed experienced a blue balls like sensation myself.

How old are you? Perhaps when you are older you'll understand why some guys don't want to follow each sexual session with an ejaculation.

Thanks for the info. I usually do not ejacualte after the big O. During the orgasm some semen does come out but nothing like a full ejaculation. I do not have the blue balls feeling after a normal ejaculation. I have found success with the big O by doing the following:

A short enema
A quick shower
A little pre-lubrication
Watch a little porn
Put a few towels and a pillow on the floor
Insert aneros while on all fours
Get used to feeling and begin contractions on all fours
Stand up and walk around for a minute
Lie down on towels on stomach

As soon as I lie down on the towels, the orgasm begins. I'll try a full ejaculation next time.
