I've had an Aneros for a few years but I took a break for about 9 months due to some life difficulties. I recently started experimenting with it again. I haven't experienced a Super-O yet, but perhaps the very beginnings.
Let me thank those of you who respond in advance. Your comments are extremely appreciated.
I read somewhere that I should answer some questions to help others give me feedback, so here it is:

Hi Dewey2k,
Welcome to the Forum.
You said “I usually end a session with a traditional orgasm.” Is this with or without your Aneros inserted? If you are using your Aneros as a masturbatory enhancer (Super-T’s) you should be aware that you are conditioning/programming yourself to that mode of behavior, this will make it increasingly difficult for you to crossover into the Super-O zone. I would recommend you read the thread Penis,NOT!, which addresses this topic.
“Should I pick a model and stick with it, or is changing models a potential issue?” – If you are deriving more pleasure from one particular model over the others, I would advise that you try staying with that model throughout a session. Some men do swap out their models during a session to good effect but I find that a bit distracting and it breaks my sense of focus. However, if that model just isn’t working for you that day then by all means try another model. Slight variations in action between models can trigger a better response from you.
“Should I add additional lubricant to my anus?“ – As long as you are not feeling any irritation or restriction of movement then you are probably already applying sufficient lubrication.
“I typically can feel the beginnings of something during a session, but it generally dies out after a few seconds. What should I do to reinforce that feeling and help it along?” – Pleasure Wave generation is often of a cyclic nature, be patient and attentive, those feelings will probably return as long as you stay relaxed and focused on observing and experiencing them. IMHO, you need to “Just Let Go” and allow them to occur and mentally acknowledge their pleasurable effects and thank yourself for producing those P-waves. You can not force them to occur, stronger or faster contractions will only chase them away, when they ebb away then adding some gentle contractions may invite them back.
“The most pleasurable sensations I have had to date felt like my whole body wanted to rhythmically contract, curling up my body. Is this typical?” – Let your body do it! This is the essence of a Full Body Orgasm. If you think about it too long, you thwart the impulse to enter the orgasmic state, just let yourself go into it, you have nothing to lose and a world of bliss to gain.
