Hey,
I'm really concerned. After half a week of pause i wanted to start a a-less session yesterday. I did what i do everytime: I stroked my left nipple. Normally i should feel a tingling sensation in my postate as soon as i stroke it but this time i felt almost nothing. I waited until today and tried it again but still nothing. Now i'm really concerned. What if i never get it back? Its really important for my a-less sessions. What should i do?

Happened to me too, stopped suddenly. Hasn't returned after 3-4 months :/

I was advised just to keep going, keep it light etc. It's not worked yet though, really don't understand what's happened.

I think that's the best advice. I feel like the sensitiveness comes back already, i think i lost all sensations because i overstimulated them. What i can recommend you are suction cups for nipples. They (combined with light stroking) helped me to make my nipple sensitive in the first place.
