nightmares and sleepwalking

Well, I have been having these sleepwalking episodes since the month of October and I really don't know what's been causing them. I have probably had about 4 of these occurrences, but a couple of these times I had escaped from the house through my bedroom window, waking up outside on the lawn with my bare feet in the snow. I have never had a history of sleepwalking in my life till now. I'm not really that worried about it, but its strange.

I have a healthy diet for the most part, and my job keeps me in physically good shape. Lately I have been very happy in my life, no depression, and little stress. A lot of that I contribute to my aneros use, which has made my life a lot more enjoyable. The month of november, my aneros sessions really took off, I have a lot more precum and I can really feel my prostate working with my toys. My body wants to take off into the super o realm, but I haven't quite achieved that yet. Really close though, I'm in no rush. Anyway, my body has been rewiring like crazy lately, and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with my sleepwalking fits.

As one who trained and worked in mental health, let me encourage you to talk to your doctor. If he/she does not respond about the sleepwalking, find a doctor in the field of sleep disorders who does. It can be dangerous. I have no concern about your Aneros toy causing this, but you can stop it for awhile and see what happens. What concerns me is the sleepwalking. It is a matter of jokes and is taken lightly, but what would have happened if you had stepped out of a window in a two story house? Believe me, it has happened. People have walked into oncoming cars, etc. See your doctor, please.

I agree with the advice that you should see a doctor; in particular, a sleep specialist. Your problem might be as simple as having sleep apnea and the body/brain is reacting to insufficient oxygen because of breaks in a normal breathing pattern. Find out more by doing a Google search for "sleep apnea" and "sleep disorders" See a doctor for sure, for professional advice!!!
