Wow @inhope that was a turn around! Hope it does what i say it does. 🙂 Like all toys it takes some getting used to. The trick is to keep the settings low so your body can do what it wants but the pulses are there and your body syncs up in time with them. Even a dud session feels good.So did you get a flick estim box?
If you have the estim box you can use it with all sorts of devices, pads cockrings, urethral sounds.


Ok so use advice:
Always use lots of water base lube.
I inject 4 to 5 ml in my hole and then also lube the estim toy. Why?
Coz it is electricity and a good connection is needed or it tends to bite a little. It just feels nicer less aggressive.
Dont turn it on until its all in place and ready to go.
Put lube on the perineum part or ptab bit for the same reason. Good connection.


I am chomping at the bit to try my probe it has arrived in Australia but just needs to get to me. The small chinese one works good most of the time but i am wanting something more advanced like the new probe.

I am surprised you went and bought the probe as you said the progasm would be too big and the probe is about the same size? Still it is adjustable too the perineum bit bends so i am lead to believe.

I did need buy the kit you linked to, I got it because I found a code and got it cheap! Progasm is a bit big but it will fit, just won't be able to draw the device in or move it much, just have to let the electro stuff do its stuff

its confusing cause there are so many options. bipolar, quadpolar lol. What probes to get and what ones will affect the prostate the most and such. Someone needs to just sell the complete setup and call it the prostate stim option and I would probably buy it.

You can always buy different probes and things to.
This would be classed as a basic quality kit. You can spend $1000s or you can spend less. I would not spend less.

@ineverknew The pads are for when you dont use the prostate probe.each pair of pads make a complete circuit so you might put them on each shoulder to massage your shoulders if you are sore. Multi purpose. or you could get creative like me and I stick one probe to the tail of my metal aneros tempo and the other to the top of my crack (one circuit) Then the other 3rd pad to my perineum and then made a cheap ass cock ring to sit just under my cock helmet. I would start of on a low setting but within 2 hours i would have in up over half way which almost would jolt me off the bed. I dont know some of us just like it rough. 8-X
That estim box is more for sexual exploits but mine is dedicated to pain relief. Think mine is way more powerful but not made for sex feeling although It can be programed if I can workout how to do it.

I am worried about using my estim on my prostate if it gives an electric shock! Was it just the pads that shocked you? Not the electrodes @tekwiz

@TekWiz I have that exact one at the moment. Results are all over the place ranging for really good to just ok.You must shoot lube up your date about 5ml the lube the device with waterbase.
Remember to smear lube over the perineum pad too for good electric contact with the skin.
If you dont follow theses lube procedures the ride sux bad and bites but if you do follow them it will get you throbbing and leaking good.
It helped me snap out of a dull patch for sure. Wokeup the prostate real good.
Size wise its the same as a helix maybe in between to a maximus but its not shaped right so its more like sticking a stick up your ass... but in a good way 🙂
If you can not afford to get a good setup then this is the best alternative.

@inhope as @braveneworld mention I have both the Twisting Tom and Sirius eStim Massagers. There is often some confusion about what happens. It is not the electricity that stims the prostate.

The probes have pads either in the front and back or like Twisting Tom and the Sirius embedded on the sides. The current from the eStim box alternates between the left and right sides, as id does it stimulates the surrounding muscles to move causing the device to move and then the end of the device massages the prostate. It is like electrically induced involuntaries.

I have tried this off and on, in addition regular Aneros for about a year. The Twisting Tom is HUGE and takes a lot of getting used to. The Sirius is shaped somewhat like progasm and a little bigger than Maximus.

I have found that turning up the current to then point where it just starts to move offers the best results. If you go to high on the power the prostate will stop responding.

By keeping the current lower, I can have a long session with my eyes rolling back in my head. The longest I have gone is about 45 minutes. My aneros limit is about 45 minutes to an hour. I just get restless and have to get up.

If I could afford it, I would get the Erostek ET-312b power unit ($595 US) because you can connect an audio source and people make sound files that can take you on an eStim Journey.

@TekWiz I have used the pads and the conductive rubber on my penis and scrotum, never got a shock ass I turn it up very slow. With my Tens Unit it felt rough, but I got a new box that is designed for eStim and the wave are at a higher frequency and way smoother. But I still find that genital stim does not produced much results for me.

I think maybe it shocked me because I accidentally pulled one of the leads out and maybe it shorted the circuit or something, it's amazing the power these things give out for a little thing with some batteries.

While looking into the Nexus Stealth Revo, I found the Nomi Tang Spotty. It has a similar rotating head and vibrating perineum stimulator. It is longer than Vice, but narrower at the base. The perineum bulb is quite large. The whole unit angles forward more than any Aneros model I have tried. The Spotty seems like just the right shape for my body. Though I have gotten some great sensations from various Aneros units, this toy seems to fit me like a glove, and despite it's size, my body can't stop playing with it inside of me. I have barely turned the motor on. The sensations when it is on is interesting, but it is much more the shape that gets the precum flowing like a faucet and the involuntary movements going.
