Hello, new here. Wanted to post a little of my experience and welcome any advice. I do not have an Aneros yet. About 5 months ago I started a Kegel
regimen to try and help with ED and improve erection quality. After exercising regularly for about 3 weeks, I was standing at work with some downtime
doing my kegel routine and all of a sudden a powerful what is termed here, " p-wave" came over me. It was unsettling to say the least..! But very enjoyable
and interesting at the same time. So I kept up my daily kegel routines and really strengthened all my pelvic muscles and discovered how to isolate the different
muscles and exercise them in different "clenches" and what I would term "slow rolling clenches" from front to back and repeat in the opposite direction.
I also have a technique I term " balancing the muscles on the head of a pin" which means I "pull" my forward PC muscles towards the back slowly while
at the same time contracting the anal sphincter muscles until they "meet" at which point these muscles "fight" with each other, bouncing back and forth, which
almost always starts involuntary contractions of both and feels extremely pleasurable. I am now able to start these exercises almost anytime and bring on the "p-waves".
They are always a little different, sometimes less intense, sometimes more so. They have numerous times ALMOST brought an orgasm, but not quite yet. I haven't
given up which brings me here.
Once I discovered all of this I started researching to see what I was achieving with these exercises. I have been reading this forum and the wiki and I am looking forward to
utilizing an Aneros device to further this experience and also for the health benefits. I explained to my wife what I was experiencing and told her I was going to try and further
my discovery of this and I think she doesn’t fully understand all of it quite yet, probably due to my inadequate explanation.
I have ordered a Helix Classic to start my exploring and would like to hear any thoughts or suggestions.
Thanks for reading!

@Ananewb-Wow Welcome to Aneros! You certainly have me beat in your "techniques" which you have developed. When combined with the Helix (my first massager) you are sure to experience some great sessions. If I may offer a bit of advice, when you start your sessions, try not to have a set "pattern" for kegels and other contractions. Let the Helix guide you into the pleasures of prostate massage and start slowly. You will probably develop other techniques as you go along. Good luck and keep posting here!

Thanks for the reply goldenboy. I appreciate and welcome the advice.!

Another interesting episode happened today that I will mention. I did some normal kegel exercises this morning and afternoon like usual. I normally
exercise 10-20 minutes varying the time of the hold and the intensity. Lately I have been practicing holds at 50% or less, trying to hold as little
as possible for some of the sets. After my 5 minute or so set this morning (at work 🙂 ) the p-waves started to get pretty intense, so I backed off and
stopped. Then it seemed like I had a constant buzzing in my pelvis with what felt like my prostate swelling and getting a "half" erection. This carried on
for 4-5 hours. I did a few more exercises in the afternoon, maybe 2 minutes or so, didn't really have the downtime to concentrate on it.
I left work for my drive home which takes about 25 min. I normally run thru exercises as I drive also, so I started some light PC muscle clenches
which moves the penis slightly. after only a couple of these, 2-3 min. , a nice p-wave started and I just relaxed and let it go. Then OH MY!
The p-wave washed me from head to toe, my whole body was electric! My pelvis was throbbing unlike anything I have experienced yet!
This feeling lasted for approximately 3-4 full minutes! Simply AMAZING..!! I literally had trouble walking when I arrived home.!
This feeling was absolutely unreal.. !
I am almost half scared to use the helix when it shows up..!! 🙂
Thanks to all who posted here which has given me lots of reading material to learn more about what I was experiencing..!

P.S. I was really glad to be driving on a deserted road for this..!

This is a common phenomenon we call 'butt buzz' (see the Aneros WIKI Glossary). Your kegel exercise regime will serve you well on your Aneros journey. As you learn to use evermore less intense contractions you may find your body increasing the intensity of it's own involuntary contractions when your Aneros is in place.

I am almost half scared to use the helix when it shows up..!! 🙂...

Don't worry, you'll be fine as long as you use it responsibly. If you are getting such a reaction without an Aneros inserted then please heed this caution!

Good Vibes to You !

Rumel: Thanks for the reply and the advice. I appreciate it. ! The last few months have definitely been interesting to say the least..! It seems like every day brings new and different sensations. It seems as if my whole neural bundle is being "rewired" as has been mentioned by others. After what I have experienced so far, it's difficult to imagine a more intense progression of these sensations, but I am looking forward to exploring more with the helix when it arrives. ! 🙂

Finally getting a chance to post an update. I received the Helix Classic about 3 weeks ago. I have had around 11 sessions so far. Thus far I have found
the sensations the Helix provides are positively "exquisite" ! I have been taking it very slow and trying to focus on relaxation and breathing more so than
contractions. I have found that extremely " light " contractions seem to bring the most sensations. I have experienced some ramping up of p-waves that
come and go but they haven't yet ramped into a mini-O or any type of orgasm. I am in no way disappointed or discouraged, rather, I am fully enjoying the
whole journey and process of discovering these amazing sensations. I find that each session, regardless of outcome, is extremely relaxing and restful.
My sessions have averaged around 1.5 hrs. , some longer.
One thing that I really find interesting is that even though I haven't achieved any orgasms with the Helix, I have experienced 2 very powerful mini-o's
after I have removed the Helix. Once removed I sat down on the couch to check e-mails and such, and after about 15-20 minutes I felt some p-waves start
up so I did some light contractions and they just kept building into a really nice mini-o... This has happened twice in the last 4-5 days. I experienced mini-o's
before using the Helix, just from kegel contractions, and it seems like the Helix is actually helping to awaken the prostate so that even without it, I can achieve mini-o's.
Obviously I don't have enough experience to judge it yet, but it "seems" to me that the Helix almost presses on the prostate with too much pressure as my
experience to this point " seems " to prefer an extremely light touch, which I have seen work with the A-less success I have had.

A question for the more experienced users out there...? Would a lighter touch Aneros, like the Eupho be a more subtle and less pressure model to try in
the future ?

Thanks for reading, and please feel free to offer advice, thoughts, or suggestions..

Hey, @Ananewb-Wow, I would fully agree with that,
seeing many similarities to my journey and just remembering when
devilish little Eupho Syn teached me oh what a lesson!:eek::o:cool:

And stick to your Aless sessions! To me they were the key to my progressess and still are my everyday pleasure.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, please keep us posted and good vibes to you!

Thanks for bumping this thread, I need to post an update to my progress thus far. Thanks for the nipple stimulation idea Aneroshole. I have incorporated that into my sessions and it has definitely made a difference. They were always very sensitive, but now they seem to have a direct wire conduit to my prostrate.!
Thanks for the insight also, SOwithoutAneros, I really appreciate the input.! I plan on ordering the Eupho soon, although I want to keep exploring the Helix Classic.
Seeing as how I had developed my PC muscles over the last 6 months and was able to have a couple Aless Dry-O's, you would think my progress would be "easier"...
Well, I have been using the Helix about 5 times a week for the last 6 weeks or so and I haven't had any Dry-O's yet. I have no complaints at all as this journey has been really amazing so far...! I have mostly been utilizing the Do-Nothing method and I seem to be progressing well. I have had 2-3 Aless after removing the Aneros approximately 30-60 minutes after removing which are nice. The last week I have had daily sessions of 1.5 hr. average, which is probably too often to allow a rest and rewiring to take place, but since I have the house to myself every afternoon, it's difficult to stay away..! 😉 My daily sessions this week have really ramped up, they get more intense every day. About 10 minutes or less into the session, I ramp into p-waves that sustain at a "level". Then these p-waves will start to ramp higher then they plateau, level off and recede, only to return. The time between varies from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. But it is a really nice sensation. When these start ramping higher, I try to focus on them and also consciously relax my body. It seems like these waves want to keep building, but so far, they level off and recede. I am still experimenting with relaxing and/or contracting into these ramping p-waves. I have been mostly trying to relax into them, but I have tried "contracting" into them at varying intensity. My A-Less Dry-O's were accomplished my using a rectal contraction, basically "pushing" into the ramping p-wave. I will keep experimenting to see what my body prefers. This is half the fun anyway, trying to figure this all out..!! :p I am loving the journey as I look forward to each day's session to see what new sensations it brings..! I do think I will try and give my body a rest this weekend....! (Is 5 days in a row too much..?)
Another thing I noticed is mild "cramps" - "aching muscles" in my back, thighs, and various places around my body. I am assuming these are the result of nerves rewiring.? These sensations also feel like "bottled up" tension, which I am sure it is. I am really enjoying this journey and look forward to learning more.!
Thanks to all who have contributed to this forum and the body of knowledge for newbies like me to read..!

Thanks for the nipple stimulation idea, @Aneroshole. They were always very sensitive, but now they seem to have a direct wire conduit to my prostate!

Be sure, your nipples and your gland are directly connected. To push this a bit I would recommend to try slowmo nipple play. For that you only put the fingertip of your forefinger as near as possible (not touching!) to one of your nipples, best crossed, meaning left hand for right nipple, right for left, best standing naked in front of a mirror, now you put your other forefinger on your perineum. If in front of a mirror you look into your left eye. Try to hold this position for a while and focus on your nipple and on your gland. For another kick hold your finger under very cold water before you finally touch your nipple ever so slightly. As a variety you can put your finger ever so slightly on the top of your nipple for a minute or more, without moving or stroking, feeling it becoming erect and listening to your vibes and watching the involuntaries taking command over your abdominal muscles, perhaps making you dance a bit or doing light knee bending. If you feel some dumb sensations in the middle of your body right behind your penis root, that's the best sign that you have awakened your gland. Focusing on this feeling I meanwhile get hard and leak precum in under one minute. Have fun! 😉

Have you considered only having sore muscles from your excercises? I can say, I even better developed my sixpack from involuntaries stressing my abs for hours than from any workout at the gym before. 😎

my butt muscles toned up due to those involuntaries of my pelvic thrusting/lifting during pleasure wave and orgasm too!
