@smudgefish Part of me feels like this is correct, but then again I wasn't really all that aroused to begin with when it happened last time. It just sort of happened and I fell into a feedback loop where everything was in sync. I haven't been able to replicate this, so you may be correct in saying that the more aroused you are, the better.

I did the warmup again before I went to bed and ended up having a 2 hour a-less session. 😀 There was a period of 15 minutes where I was almost constantly in orgasm and it felt like my prostate was so swollen it might explode. I actually found myself asking if this was really real during that period because I couldn't believe how long the orgasms were lasting. The longest and best orgasms were centered on the lower end of the perenium down towards the anus. There were also some centered around the penis, and some mild ones between the anus and my tailbone. The best part was I didn't have to wait for them to come. I could trigger them myself with contractions and concentration.

Be excited but not overexcited. Orgazmo be careful what if you can reach this level again for a long time, don't fall into a cycle of expectation.

I'm going to stop trying to replicate that night because for whatever reason it just won't happen under those same circumstances. The last few sessions I've just been doing whatever feels good and not really worrying with breathing or technique (other than the butthole warmup). Last night I had a contraction that was pretty close to 100%. I'm not sure if I was doing it or if it was involuntary, but this is what led to the really long orgasms. I think I've really improved on identifying the start of orgasms and keying in on the pleasure associated with them. It seems like every session is getting more intense and pleasurable the last week. The only thing I'm missing is a super o. I think I'm still missing out on some orgasms during a session though. When I feel the clamping without pleasure, I think it is because I missed the beginning stages of it and didn't key in on the pleasure soon enough. A couple times I've been able to salvage it and have some decent orgasms, but not nearly as intense as when I identify them from the beginning.

@orgazmo I'm having some amazing orgasms by having one, allowing it to settle a bit by stopping the contractions, and finding a second one on top of that by building the arousal further and it gets to a really intense level at that point usually full body once that breaks through. The best ones feel as if they are building in the penis and even just the build up of arousal is quite something.

As I mentioned before identifying the pre-orgasmic feeling is the key for me and building that rather than anything else - there is a definite feeling that can build in the prostate that feels as if it is going to go somewhere but I know now that it never does so I ignore that, even rest for a while if I can't get past it, and wait for the right feeling to appear (by 'fishing' with breathing if necessary) then hold on to that and build it. I know that in the past I have spent an hour with that prostate sensation and got no-where, filtering that out is what has really made me have an orgasm each time. Using the same technique whilst in an orgasm is something else.

Sounds like you are doing well though using probably the same technique. I'm not sure that anyone knows how to get a super-O regularly.

Totally agree with that. I referenced that in my message we posted around the same time. "Fishing" sounds like an accurate analogy too. I've just been waiting on that little "nibble" then focus on it and grow it into something nice. Really, I've just been doing whatever feels good and have stopped worrying about following a list of procedures. I think learning how to identify the feelings that lead to an orgasm is key. Perhaps you have to have a few orgasms by luck at first before you start to get a grasp on the feelings that lead up to them.

That seems about right. I have the feeling, that Super-O's come easier and easier with the time when you get the hang of it. And you feel more and more certain and doubtless. That takes all lot of pressure and frustration potential out of the equation.

I had first Super-O in january but my real breakthrough was in the last 3 weeks after a long dry period. I feel very sexed up lately and I'm pretty sure it's due to the sheer amount of successfull aneros sessions I had. I have sexual dreams alot and wake up making contractions and beeing on the edge of or between orgasms. Sometimes I do some contractions just out of habit, while reading a book or surfing the web, and they take off pretty fast.

Really, I've just been doing whatever feels good and have stopped worrying about following a list of procedures.

That's the spirit! 🙂

I'm hoping to take another crack at the dream world soon. I've made some half hearted attempts at lucid dreaming in the past, but they were always few and far between. I've been reading some about astral projection recently as well. I distinctly remember 2 lucid dreams from when I was a teenager that were sexual. The feelings I had felt very super o like. One of them I awoke having a dry orgasm, then fell back asleep and continued to be orgasmic in my dreams. The weird thing is, I never actually get to the sex part in my dream. I always get the orgasmic feelings as I approach the person I'm about to have sex with. I've never been able to hold a dream together long enough to have sex from beginning to end.

@orgazmo

hehe, I tried lucid dreaming a while ago, but I had no fast success and did not stick to it because I just couldn't get used to do reality checks all day long... 🙁

I experince the same. Usually my sexual dreams are not actual sex but arousing moments. Flirts with imaginary strangers that tease me or sometimes I have a female body and get so excited and aroused about that, that I can't even manage to explore it until I wake up... :))

@Unfug I like the idea of lucid dreaming because I can have sex with anyone I want and do whatever I want. 😀 It's a very liberating concept that you can do anything in your dreams. For some reason I've only had a flying dream once. If I could control my dreams, flying would be one of those things I would do often (besides sex 😉 ). My biggest problem is when I do realize I'm dreaming, I get excited and almost immediately wake up.

I'm doing a lot of meditation at the moment and hope to get to the point of astral projection. I'm told that if you use that sort of thing for anything negative, and I suppose personal sexual gratification might count, then it stalls your progress and hinders spiritual development.
How do you achieve lucid dreaming? I like the idea of having sex with anyone I can imagine.

Lucid dreaming and astral projection sounds very similar to me. They both rely on the initial relaxing and falling asleep stage, but remaining conscious mentally at the same time. Sort of like what sleep paralysis is, where you are awake, but you can't move your body.

I don't have any links bookmarked any more since my last computer crashed, but a lot of info can be found through google. There are some exercises and dream herbs you can take. One of the recommendations is to start a dream journal and write down every detail you can remember about dreams from the night before. It's also recommended you do checks throughout the day to verify whether you are dreaming or not. You can usually realize you are in a dream by paying attention to a detail that is off, such as looking at a clock.

I'm pretty open minded, but not really sure if I believe everything about astral projection. I think it is just as likely you are lucid dreaming that you are having an astral projection. It is an interesting concept though, and I hope to experience it someday, whether it is real or not.

@Sorena_ it is more a lack of contractions. During an orgasm I sometimes purposely stop the contractions and let another orgasm build which ends up being far stronger. Although I did that last night too quickly, almost immediately the first orgasm started, and lost the whole thing (being nearly the end of a work week I was very tired and it always gets more difficult for me to concentrate), the lesson there is not to rush things, usually it works wonders though.

@orgazmo I know someone who can astral project and she keeps telling me to try it, sounds really good, no luck yet though trying it I don't think I am meditating deeply enough. It might be a form of lucid dreaming. I'm going to google lucid dreaming. I've had a few episodes of it, mostly when I was younger, and remember immediately thinking about finding someone to have sex with (I also have a one track mind) but don't remember ever actually getting that far, like you I think I got too excited and woke up.

Great, I mean before you get orgasms starting. When you first start a session you involve contractions? What kind of contractions do you observe?

@Sorena I'm trying to avoid any contractions if I can and just let the orgasm build, although the contractions usually happen spontaneously, otherwise just the usual PC contractions if I feel I need a few to start it off. I'm being a bit 'purist' and just building the orgasm using concentration alone if I can. I actually find the contractions offputting sometimes. Probably not very helpful, sorry.

You could start trying to use slight movements (almost subliminal) of the spine as an alternative to contractions. Not going to tell you which, as they are hard to communicate (even with touch). Just experiment. 😉

He knows what works for him, maybe others. It is all subjective and very different. I tried his method out last session and it was nice but it did not give me the same or very similar results. It did start things off nicely.

I am willing to give it another go of course, i could be wrong. could you highlight what he said it may be useful in the future to have it more visible now the thread is much larger.

@smudgefish do you have a partner? have you engaged in prostate play prior to the aneros experience?

Methods can't be totally replicated, they don't matter.

He is on a good path and has good insight. Also, being still early in progress, he makes comments easier to understand for beginners.

Is that something like the energy circulation @euphemistic mentions sometimes? I find that doing those builds a lot of energy at the base of the spine and that often triggers interesting things. I am forever experimenting and plenty more to find out yet.

@Sorena_ I have a wife. I wish she was more interested in all of this my life would be perfect if she was. I don't hide it from her, but she just isn't interested. I would love to try Tantric sex with her but just any sex (more than once every few months) would be a start!

Also @Sorena_ with regard to the anal/sacral orgasm I find that athough I can't easily move an orgasm anywhere else yet I can move it down to that area if I want an orgasm there. Just try moving your mental concentration down to the anus during an orgasm, maybe give the anus a few contractions to pinpoint where you are going, and breath it down. It's a really nice deep satisfying type of orgasm that gives you long slow contractions. Also once you have had one you know what to look out for and that makes it easier.

Not really.

But maybe fixing things with your wife should be prioritary.

@Canacan I can only fix myself.... I accept that life is never perfect and yearning for something you can't have only makes you unhappy. I am very happy with my life and actually love my wife very much, the lack of sex is something I have to live with and understand. I can't change it.

@smudgefish
A couple is made of two persons in interaction. In the long run, there is no such thing as one being well and the other not.
We are not isolated. Whatever one of you changes, changes the two and also the relationship.

Sometimes making the relationship evolve is what changes all.

Frustration is a sure sign something is wrong.
I know it can sometimes be painful (trust me, I do) but ignoring it is no solution.

Forgive me if I was too intrusive. I hope the best for you.

@Canacan it's very kind of you to show an interest but I have had the same situation for 15 years. My wife won't accept change and is stressed, depressed and angry. I don't believe in divorce, or cheating, and I have children. I have the option of being unhappy or making the most of it, which is what I mean by fix myself. I hope that by becoming more positive myself and loving her as much as I can that she will become happier, the sex is secondary. I used to get very unhappy about the lack of sex but I can't change it. I have taken up Buddhism which is totally changing my views and making me much more accepting, and hopefully more loving and caring.
I have done everything but ignore it for 15 years, and tried everything else.

I'd like to add something I read in the past. The feelings leading up to an orgasm aren't unlike those feelings of stretching out when laying in bed. It's a subtle pleasure and I've learned to seek out that feeling, and amplify it into an orgasm. Also, as soon as I stopped worrying about finding the perfect technique and just did whatever felt good, things started taking off. I use a combination of body tension, contractions, and relaxation to generate and amplify those preorgasmic feelings. Perhaps, just doing what feels good is the way to go, instead of worrying with proper technique or trying to replicate exactly what others do.

I had some really nice orgasms in my penis last night. They felt almost exactly the same as wet ones minus the pumping. I took the tip of my penis and stretched the frenulum while laying on the bed and this really got things started. When the first one hit, I was afraid I was going to ejaculate because it felt the same as when I do. I feel like there is something I'm missing that I could do to turn the orgasms into super o's. It feels like I'm close. I think I'm still mastering when to use body tension and contractions, and when to relax. I've just got to get my timing down then maybe I can turn one into a super o.

How old are you @smudgefish? (if you don't mind my asking) i think, I'm almost certain, that those with the most success are at least in their mid 30's. It seems to resonate more with those without a sex goal or desire for constant sexual acts. I don't mean desire for sex as such but rather the need when i was younger was an imperative whereas now it is for release and enjoyment and sort of 'relaxation'.

I've noticed that since starting and my journey it was during a decline in 'needing' sex, now i am can take it or leave BUT when i do the orgasms are so, so SO long and so SO amazing that i feel like i can transcend time! I can only achieve those by relaxing during sex rather than the aggressive tensing and release of the past.

I'm not quite sure if exploiting tension is the right way to go. Contractions work (imho) because they generate sensation rather than tension. Furthermore, this whole MMO- thing centers around amplification of mental and sensational arousal. You literally hack your body by manipulating the neuronal system. That's why it's called rewiring. Tension will drive you against a big wall. It grows stronger orgasms, but it won't help reaching them. Relaxed contractions in the right moment can do the trick though... 🙂

@smudgefish
I'm really impressed by your dedication and commitment! I hope you and your wife work it out somehow.

@Unfug That is what I was experimenting with last night. I can build orgasms fairly quickly using tension and some light contractions, but you have to know when it is time to relax. It feels like if I could time it better I may be able expand the orgasms into something bigger. I came close a couple times. I was able to get those full body orgasmic feelings for a second, but as soon as I did I sort of flinched and ruined it. Still enjoying my boatload of dry orgasms though. It's hard to be disappointed with that.

The super o I had, it felt like my mind and body disconnected and were separate entities. This may be where being proficient at meditation will help a lot. I'm still not doing this all that well. I did notice some new things last night such as some spasms in my legs and I think I had some shivering too. At one point I imagined I had a vagina and I was getting fucked and this led to some really nice orgasms. It's amazing what your brain can do. It really did feel like I had a vagina that was becoming engorged with pleasure and I could feel the orgasm centered around it.

I also wanted to add that when I say tension, I don't mean like full on convulsing tension. It's more of a subtle tension. Less than when you are stretching out in bed. Combined with light contractions at the beginning, it's just enough to get those preorgasmic feelings going. When I applied some tension to my legs last night I had some light orgasmic feelings in my thighs as well. I'm taking this as a sign I'm getting closer to being able to move orgasms around, I hope. @orgazmo I agree some tension helps. I have yet to experience a fully relaxed orgasm, even my best super-O involved some body tension if I recall correctly although I think it ended with a totally relaxed state of euphoria, so maybe there is something in it. I think that's one of the more advanced things you learn with time but I don't think I'm there yet!As you say I think a bit of tension can act to focus attention, or as @unfug says start a sensation. Like with your leg orgasm I had a bit of tension in my abdomen the other night and felt a mild orgasm coming there, which I moved into my chest, nothing like a full orgasm but like you I could be learning to move it around.

Something weird happened to me last night. I had another totally exhausted (too much work) orgasm and decided to finish of with a normal ejaculation so I could get to sleep, also I felt like I was going to ejaculate and didn't want to do that during a dry-O session and confuse things. I masturbated and thought I had ejaculated but the orgasm kept on going, I stopped because it was so weird and thought I really should clear up as my wife was coming to bed. I found that I hadn't ejaculated, but the orgasm felt EXACTLY like a very strong ejaculatory orgasm. Was that a dry penile orgasm? I wish I could reproduce it because it was very nice and I think if I could have that during sex it would be incredible the orgasm would just go on and on.
