After much lurking and reading nearly everything, I decided to take the plunge and order a Helix. Before I did so, I sent a link to aneros.co.uk to a Gay friend of mine and asked, "Does this prostate/perineum/anal orgasm really exist?"

His reply was "believe you me, it certainly DOES exist. Why be satisfied with a sensation from one end when you can have it from both? Why do you think I prefer the 'dark side'?"

...not that I really needed much convincing, often slipping a finger in there while I bring myself off.
