Greetings, I've been working towards this "Super-O" as it's called for about a week and I'm not sure if I'm on the right track. Essentially, I use plenty of lube. At this point during use I sometimes get this feeling of warmth in my body other times I'll end up with a rather pleasurable sensation that will cause me to move around, however I'm not sure if its me doing that or if its unintentional. Each time I use my Aneros I get different results. Sometimes I'll get no sensations at all during a session which becomes frustrating even though I'm using it daily. Each session I remove any and all expectations of what will happen. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to proceed?

@aneros_user128253 Welcome to the Forum and congratulations on getting some results so quickly. I and many others have waited months for the slightest hint of prostate awakening. I currently have an Aneros session 2 or 3 times a week. On the days between sessions I usually experience aless (Aneros-less) orgasms. You might have better results by decreasing the frequency of your sessions and enjoying the ride. When I tried to make something happen I would end up disappointed and frustrated. When I let go and let things happen I was blown away. Good luck on your journey.

@OntheJourney Really? Having fewer sessions yields better results?

For me, Yes, fewer sessions let's my body recover. A little break also let's your body develops cravings... so try spaceing your sessions out a bit.

Also it took my body time to get used to it. The first week or two I tried to hard. I kept trying to "make it happen". I kept reading and listing to the more experienced and learned to just enjoy and not stress about it.

Good luck!

Yes, what they ^^ said. Sometimes less IS more, it takes time for your body to adjust and become receptive. A week is not a long time really, enjoy the ride and your body will tell you what it needs. If you are already having nice feelings then good things will happen eventually, usually when you are least expecting it.
Good luck!

Every man's Aneros journey is different. I wouldn't presume to tell you exactly how to get to the Super-O. But I can tell you to stay the course----it will be worth your while! Keep doing what you're doing (perhaps slow down a bit) and sometimes when you least expect it your prostate will reward you with unforeseen pleasure! Good luck to you!
