New format looks good to me. My biggest issue is that the 'View posts since last visit' facility seems to have disappeared. Bad move. Please bring it back. It made it so much easier to quickly identify 'new' posts rather than having to troll through the (almost) the entire forum.
Keep up the good work and thanks for all the interesting contributions.

Try New Posts on the main navigation line (directly below Home), this may be what you are looking for.
