@Vonitas Good question. I have owned most of the models in the past: The original MGX, maximus, progasm, eupho, helix. Now I own the helix SYN and the Progasm Jr.
I started playing with the aneros line several years ago, and when i owned all of them (except the 2 i have now), I am fairly confident I was not patient enough to wait for my body to 'learn' the abilities of each one. The Progasm I found to be very pleasurable, but I was not able to move it around in my body as much as the smaller aneros toys. However, I did very much enjoy the fullness it provided. These devices are so complex, and the male body is so complex, that each model will satisfy a guy in different ways. I just think that since you wanted something smaller than the Vice (or DeVice), you may not find the Progasm all that different. The Progasm Jr is sickeningly pleasurable, and the Maximus may also get you great results. The tiebreaker for me between the two: The Progasm Jr has a rounded P-tab. I never cared for the wedge shape on the MGX or Maximus: the tab took the toy off center too easily, and dug in to my skin over a long session. I am eager to hear your results, no matter what you choose. (the new Maximus Trident may be an excellent option, too!)

The tempo is actually quite thin. It's approximately the width of the Eupho's shaft, so it's actually thinner than the Helix.

Yeah a lot / most of the members are I think from the US (but I don't have actual data on this). I'm from the UK.

@Vonitas in case this sways your purchasing decision, here is a summary of my session last night with the Progasm Jr:

It was late but my prostate was tingling for me to have a session. I started up, with my only goal being to enjoy the sensations.

Your question about customs and extra fees - yes you will almost certainly have to pay extra fees, and customs may open the parcel to inspect.

to experience what I did takes a lot of time for dare I say most guys. I would recommend to take your time, don’t be discouraged by ‘dud’ sessions because your body is always learning even when you aren’t feeling pleasure. Listen to your body: your orgasms will most likely come by doing things differently than other men. Just enjoy the journey and have fun. At the very least, you are improving your prostate health.

As as far as sitting, I am not sure. I think you may want to try and see if it is comfortable for you.
