I'm 79 and even though my erections are great and my general enjoyment of my genitals is very pleasant, I have a recent problem with the Aneros. I have the Eupho Syn and the helix Syn. They have been wonderful and on the whole, very satisfactory. But for the last week, I feel something isn't right. The Aneros made me erect every time I enserted it and produced loads of p waves and orgasms. Suddenly it had stopped. After insertion, I feel nothing. I feel it inside with very faint stirrings but it comes to nothing. I'm hoping there is nothing changing in there for the worse. Had anyone had similar experiences? It may be a temporary thing but I'm worried.

79 and open minded enough to use aneros. Very good. Just curious if you have any health issues currently such as obesity diabetes or heart disease, or lumbar disc hernias. These primary issues above are the culprits behind most ed for example. But whatever effects the penis will also do the same to the prostate. So first are all the medical bases covered? If that is under control then you might be getting ready to level up in your experience. Last month was a sorta dry and bland month for me and as of the last week I have had a major jump in sensation and pleasure. This morning was very intense to say the least. So if you aren't distracted/stressed, and you aren't having any medical issues then it's just a matter of patience. It will return. If you are concerned about medical check blood sugar, heart/pulse/BP and inversion table or chiropractor for your low back. I congratulate you to your age as men in my family just don't make it to 65. I hope I break that mold. When things started getting stale I did change it up by using peridise. The smallest one. It helped me get over the aneros hump. That little tool packs a heck of a punch.

It's one of those pesky dry spells.

Had one myself for the last week or so after some mind blowing whole body orgasms when I could orgasm at will. Now nothing no matter what I do - expectations and all that.

It will come back as it always does, often even better than before.

I've gone through dry spells too. You never really know when one will start, or when they will end. I've had them last a week to months. The one thing they had in common was my session experiences changed when the dry spell ended. It seems to be a common experience. You may just be getting ready for something new!

You can use the time during a dry spell to focus on the milder sensations that get unnoticed during a normal session. Spend some time playing with these subtle little pleasures. There is a lot going on that may not get noticed when chasing super o's. Anyway, it is a way to avoid getting frustrated which really kills the mood.

Thank you all for your encouraging comments. I do hope it comes back. The Aneros use has been such a delightful experience that loosing it is unthinkable. I would always be haunted by the sweet memory and a dreadful desire to recapture it.

Maybe having a week or two off from sessions might help.

@Tomasheen

Question: do you engage nipple stimulation when using Aneros. Personally, if I don't make contact with my nipples my device is as good as useless. But immediately — the second I touch my magic little chest buttons, they send a message directly to my prostate which in turn redirects message to device firmly planted in my bum, and like a flower blooming filmed in slow motion, my swans-neck twitches, jumps and stands up straight, bouncing and dancing a waltz. Of course, during each session it will duck down for a rest, but then eagerly snap back and ride out my dreamy orgasms. Don't worry, you'll be back on track in no time.

Hi Vic! Thanks for that. I feel afraid to start a session at the moment...in case it doesn't do anything. I know that's daft but I am fearful of failure. I've tried nipple twitching but to no effect. I love your discriotion of your erection because it was up to recently mine too. Hoping for better things. Will try later once more

Wow! Had a session and was not hopeful at all. Then I couldn't believe it. It was amazing ! Such a prolonged intense orgasm. I'm still overawed. It's come back!

Hello Tomasheen, you said: "fearful of failure" lets begin by chipping away at that road-block. It might be that your expectations are a little high after your previous sessions that produced pleasurable sensations and you're hoping to replicate same. The 'fear' might be playing too loudly on your mind and thus interrupting your capacity to RELAX. I understand how that could happen and I'm confident most men on this forum have had similar experiences. Hey there you go, as I was in mid sentence your new post popped up. Good for you Mr Sheen.

So very pleased now. It seems to have come back again. Why it left in the first place, I've no idea. For the first three days only the helix worked and the Eupho did nothing. Now both are in good form again. Thanks for all the helpful comments.
