Hey friends ecstasy!

I am actively practicing prostate play for some months, I got good results but never had the moment where I would say "yeah, I just had a prostate orgasm", but recently I finally got my first Super-O!

  • I was using an Aneros Helix Syn V to warm up and then the Progasm Ice, and I didn’t stop the massaging contractions even when things started to get really intense. I kind of brute-forced my way through the pleasure stages.

  • Suddenly, I felt this powerful electric wave rushing through my entire body, and it created this full-body tingling sensation that slowly faded off. But then I got into an even higher state, which honestly scared me for a moment, but I kept going.

  • My body started trembling and shivering uncontrollably, I couldn’t stop moaning loudly (which is "special" because I’m usually silent).

  • It felt like I was in some altered state, almost like I was watching my body from outside of it. My lower body felt like it was preparing for something, with moving fluids, like right before a penile orgasm, but it was different.

  • I started leaking buckets of precum, but I didn’t feel like I was getting "over the edge" like I would with a penile orgasm. Instead, I felt this intense pleasure that I could push more and more, almost like hitting a button pure of ecstasy. I was super vocal, making loud whimpering/crying sounds.

  • I even saw colored circles dancing around, and I had strong spikes of full-body shivering and pleasure overload for at least 5-10 minutes, which was really exhausting.

  • Afterward, I felt totally blessed but not "released" like I do after a regular orgasm. So, I ended up using my hand to finish off (while still having the Aneros in), and I had the hardest orgasm / Super T of my life yet.

  • It was a 3 hour long session while 2-day semen retention + r/gonewildaudio was a big help.

  • After that, I couldn’t move for a few minutes, and I felt absolutely drained the next day, almost like a succubus had drained me completely.

I had never heard of prostate orgasm but was playing with my dildo like I had done 100's or 1000's of times. Laying on my bed completely relaxed and enjoying the sensations. All of a sudden an intense & overpowering feeling of pleasure came over me like I had never experienced before. It was like an out of body experience almost.

Anyway, it scared the heck out of me because I didn't know what it was or how to control it. Somehow, I was able to stop it about 5 or 10 seconds after it started. I was relived that it was over but totally curious about what just happened.

I have tried to get back to that feeling many times but it has eluded me for years.

@sonfloku that was cool! I’m just learning how to get to the point of total control of my aneros. My wife doesn’t know I have one. But the pleasure is immense! I love it.  I don’t ejaculate yet….so I finish with my hand.

My first orgasm is about 5 years ago, May/July 2020, in covid time. I bought the first model, Maximum, six months before. For the virus, I have many tries on it, and HFDO came unexpectedly. After pull the Maximum out of my body, I had two A-less orgasms without it.

My (long) road to a first Super-O

It took me about a year, a couple of failed devices, a mindset reset, and a focus on breathing/relaxation. Eventually, with the VICE 2, a relaxation aid (THC, where legal), and the Mindgasm app, I finally broke through to consistent dry O’s and my first Super-O. Don’t give up—patience and relaxation were everything for me.

About a year ago my wife encouraged me to get a toy of my own. I did some quick research, picked up a prostate massager (not from this company), and… it was a bust. I didn’t read up on technique, just tried it during sex. Uncomfortable, no benefit, tossed it.

Six months later I tried again with a Helix Syn (vibe mode). It gave maybe a ~10% boost to a traditional O, but between the learning curve and cleanup, it still didn’t feel worth it. Before giving up I skimmed a little about breathing and relaxation—but I didn’t take it seriously and eventually trashed that one too.

Something kept nagging me not to quit. A few weeks ago I bought the VICE 2, Eupho, and MGX.

At first: still nothing special. Then I read a forum post about using edibles to get deeply relaxed. I tried a 10 mg THC edible (legal where I live; your mileage may vary). That cracked things open: I had several dry O’s and what felt like my first Super-O. I actually thought I’d finished and removed the device, but for the next hour I kept feeling pleasant waves from my prostate. I lay down, focused on breathing and sensations—and had several more dry O’s just from mind and breath.

The following week I paired the Mindgasm app with an edible (plus the MGX) and reached a whole different level—over a 24-hour period I experienced a lot of Super-O’s. Later I tried a traditional ejaculatory O to compare; it was still nice, but honestly, it didn’t come close to the intensity I’d been getting from the dry/mental sessions (full-body shaking, etc.).

What actually helped me

  • Relaxation first, then everything else. Deep, slow breathing and letting go of expectations mattered more than hardware settings.

  • Mindset over mechanics. Focusing on subtle sensations—not chasing an end goal—was key.

  • Tools as helpers, not magic. VICE 2 and Mindgasm were helpful once my headspace was right.

  • Optional relaxation aids. A low-dose edible helped me get out of my own way.

  • Patience. My first tries were uncomfortable and discouraging. The breakthrough didn’t come until I stopped forcing it.

If you’re on the fence

Don’t quit after a few attempts. There are different paths—breathwork, non-vibe sessions, guided audio, devices, or purely mental. Find what supports relaxation and curiosity for you. When it clicks, the wait is worth it.
