Hello Fellow Anerosians-
While I've been quiet here on the forum for a while, many of you know me as a veteran of decades, and a (once) prolific poster.
You might also know that I've been paying attention to an amazing site called MINDGASM.net. It is nothing short of brilliant. It intersects impressive knowledge of sexual musculature, response and control with fantastic guided training sessions (using an "AI" voice) and beautiful musical instrumentation to represent different modes of pelvic floor contraction. In sum, it is the best resource I know of for learning and perfecting hands-free non-ejaculatory orgasm. It also blends very well with the Aneros.
(I have no affiliation with the site. Those who know me here can attest to that.)
In November, all MINDGASM content is free. Here is more info:

I recommend you check it out. Its a great opportunity to get to know the content and see if it is for you.

That's cool, and really nice of them!
Thanks for the heads-up.
I actually forgot about No Nut November too... oh man.
I concur, thanks for the heads-up !
I remember being somewhat critical of Mindgasm at the start, mostly because I listened to so much erotic hypno that I'm kind of jaded. Plus I have my own methods and I'm pretty hard-headed and can get in a "I know better" mindset that make things harder. If you want to have a go at this, you have to trust the system, and also realize that several methods can work very well in parallel, none being "more right" than the other, as long as they work. So leave what you normally do at the door and try to follow along without adding your own twist, at least at the beginning.
I had a look at the site yesterday and the presentation is really great, and I'm sure it's going to draw-in a younger crowd of Super-O explorers, without being too "in your face" for journeymen. I was also pleased to see that the site was translated in great French by someone who knows what they are doing.
If you guys want to benefit from the free month, start early, with all hypnosis/meditation audios there is a learning curve, and if you need to listen to the first lesson 4-5 times, and the second another 4-5 times and so on, that makes several sessions already. I feel you need to at least make it to lesson 3 and listen to it 2-3 times to see if this has potential for you. I won't comment any further, since I only listened to the the 3 free lessons, but I think that if the Mindgasm approach works for you, it will probably work great!
Edit : A word. "Erotic hypo" just was not right...
@tbob They're there but the new site design and audio player are frustrating. Sometimes I play something and it's on mute and has to be manually unmuted, sometimes I hit pause thinking it's not playing, there's no clear thing telling you when it's working except that it is, or sometimes isn't...

This is really great! I’d just add it’s advantageous to always keep an open mind and not allow yourself to get too committed to one style or technique. That helps not to get pinned down on the journey.
I tried to listen to the lessons but the audio doesn't work, anybody else have this problem?
Yeah there is definitely a problem with this site. I tried several times to access one of the lessons and kept getting this error message -> "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." Hopefully they will fix it before too long. Perhaps @darwin can inform his contact that the site is not functioning correctly.
Good Vibes to You!
When I saw the announcement on the 31st, I went to the site and no audio would play from the player, and things looked like there was some work in progress. I tried on desktop with different browsers and also on mobile, no dice.
Yesterday evening I went trough almost all the catalog over several hours ('cause I'm that kind of guy) and everything was working great. Still working right now on Edge. My computer is far from being up-to-date so I don't feel it's a driver issue.
The site design takes a little while to get used to. To the right of the "Lessons" tab you can click the tiny "gear" icon and disable the boot sequence animation with Allie, and also remove the background audio, this should help to determine if the audio you want to play is working or not. Also the volume control will only show when a file is playing, that's a good visual cue to know if you're muted.
@Darwin the link you posted to discord shows a school registration request. No information.
I found a better link: https://discord.com/invite/NUVyfbF
Do you not see a play button when you touch the centre of the screen when the lesson pre loads? Like YouTube on a phone/tablet screen?
Mindgasm is A and A-Less training. It was either created by aneros forum member/members or the information here taken and repackaged into the mindgasm platform. It’s weird reading some of the stuff on the site,I’ve either saw it in posts here or I specifically remember certain members saying things to ppl and the same thing written in the faq’s. I wonder who it is lol.

No play button anywhere when I touch the screen (see screen capture). I'll have to pull out my laptop and try.
Tks

Thanks, great explanation.
I got to lesson 3 and it was a big reveal for me. Previously the idea of doing contractions never clicked with me, but it sure does now that I followed the process. I will let you all decide for yourself by visiting the site.
About "getting too committed to one method", that is exactly right. Every method has its plusses and minuses for sure. IMHO it is quite OK to mix and match stuff from different methods into one session, or to do some mindgasm approach and then some aneros and then MMO and so on.
I intend to go through all the lessons and see what is in store for me. So far it's been very pleasurable and enjoyable.

That’s one thing that always bugged me,I wondered did strugglers contract properly through a range of motion. I suspected it could be something simple like this.

For one thing, I think we're so afraid of soiling ourselves or ejecting the Aneros, that lots of men will never completely relax the anal sphincter, and much less use the "push" motion. You lose a lot of the "auto-fuck" potential if you are afraid of what the muscles could do...
For me,the contraction through a full ROM lock the aneros in tight so the p tab is pressed against the perineum.
... And with the "push", you should be able to have the p-tab disengage, or at least get a very light contact with the perineum, without being afraid of shooting the device across the room. That would be full ROM and as much "gliding against the prostate" as you can get using an Aneros.
Very good lessons< I think it would help anyone to better understand and isolate muscles, and way of understanding how your mind ties into it all. Would recommend it to anybody. I still love the feel of the aneros. Although I have a great imagination, and aless is good. For me theres something about the actual contact of an aneros, thats just me.
Hmm, they really did change the mindgasm website and make it much more app-like. I'm curious to see how well this will perform on my old Android I use exclusively for media consumption/playing audio during sessions.
@poseidon, the app dosen't work on my Android tablet but it does on my Windows laptop.
This has been an enjoyable experience for me. Guided imagery can be fun & this is well done. From the audio-mental cues to the music.
Also the outline of the approach, introduction & further along the process.
Much of the information will be familiar to anyone that's read the wiki & has done more than a little exploration of the forum. I recognized lots of things.
The presentation is top notch. My thanks to the producers.
They're starting to make quite a lot of money off of it too, I can't say I'm not jealous!
