It's been a while since I have posted on here. I gave up in frustration with the aneros a month or two ago, and set my mind to mastering the Mantak Chia method of multiple orgasm instead, but failed to get anything like a whole body orgasm so sort of gave up with that also. I had the distinct feeling that I was not able to move the sexual energy around and it was 'stuck' in my pelvis, and I knew I had some personal and relationship issues to work on.
A week ago I was feeling rather turned on and thought why not try an A-less session for old time's sake and surprised myself with quite a powerful long orgasm, although confined to the pelvis. I decided it was time to try again.
Going with the bad energy circulation theory I tried a combination of pranayama and microcosmic orbit methods and started to feel something moving. I had recently read about energy orgasm also and decided to do that breathing technique and circulate the energy through the chakras. Quite quickly I had an orgasm that was whole body, and 40 minutes of ecstacy - not quite a super-O it still didn't quite match up to that but it wasn't far off, and an amazing improvement on what I was getting before.
Since then I have had several great orgasms, all A-less, and I'm working on the relaxation side. My mood and stress level has been very good since I have been getting good orgasms again. I need to do a lot more energy work but overall a long break has done me the world of good. Thoroughly recommended for anyone getting frustrated and why not take a look at doing some energy circulation?
hey @smudgefish,
nice to read you again!
Personally I'm not a fan of Mantak, but I'm glad that you succeeded with some of his techniques. Can you give me a short outline again? Was your frustration, that led to the pause, due to a dry-spell or the inconsistency of your sessions?
Thanks @Unfug, hope you are well. Agree about Mantak, I managed some good orgasms but couldn't get past the basics.
My first 3 orgasms with the aneros were Super-O's, and as you know nothing really beats them. I just got totally frustrated that I could never get close to that again, and the more frustrated I got the more disappointing it all became. I think that you, and many others on here, hinted that patience and staying calm and relaxed is important and that it doesn't happen overnight. I was expecting too much. Probably what I was getting would be more than satisfying to many people but it wasn't enough for me.
This is like a drug, particularly if you get a big 'hit' straight away and can never experience it again. I realise now that the only treatment was going cold turkey. I think it's worked for me and I'm now looking forward to spending probably years working back towards the super-O but at a slower more leisurely pace, and enjoying the journey. As I said it's lesson learnt.
Ah, I remember. Well I guess the first time is always something special. I also have the impression that my recent super-o's are not as fantastic as my very first. I also suffered from kind of a dry spell for approx half a year after my first super-o. You summerarized quite well, that it's the best mindset is to enjoy the ride as it is and not to peep for the super-o all the time. I don't think you will need years... just practice and confidence. I don't have super-o's all the time, mostly it's some minor form of orgasmic experience, but it's still very fulfilling and the acceptance of receiving what's given (and not craving for more than there is) is one of the key competences to achieve on this journey.
I don't remember if you were in touch with KSMO, but I can fully recommend it. I just recently had my very first orgasm based on this technique and it was just as amazing (yet different) as my first super-o. Since you are experienced with moving energies and are aware of feeling nerval sensations all over your body, I suppose you might have rather fast success with that approach.
@Unfug Congratulations on your KSMO orgasm! I did take a look at KSMO but I'm never alone always children and wife around so didn't think I would be able to do it as you have to make noise. Looks interesting though.

Ah right, you have a point here. I'm not a fan of this loud vocalization myself due to privacy reasons (I live in a multi story building with rather thin walls). In fact, you can leave out the the vocalization altogether because you actually induce the nerval response with your belly movements. Breathing and vocalization are "just" supporting aids to achieve that naturally. I for myself, breath and vocalize silently/whispering and even learned to induce the response by only thinking about it...
So maybe KSMO is not that different to A-less or energy orgasm without the sounds? I get the impression they are all ways of achieving essentially the same thing.
I'm doing well with A-less now so going to continue exploring that.
The belly movements are interesting. Some of the hatha yoga bhandas seem to help me with orgasms, one of them is an extreme drawing in of the upper abdomen, they are similar to what people have suggested on here in the past, and they essentially stimulate the vagus. It's all linked.

Yes and no, the difference is the targeted nerval cluster. KSMO targets the belly cluster, which is rather big compared to the pelvic cluster (same goes for the surrounding muscles in which the nerves are embedded). Therefore it responds more easily. But you are right, all techs eventually target the nervous system and your brain. Rumors say, that true masters push this to the point of only thinking about
orgasms to actually reach them...

I can only encourage that. My personal journey actually only took
off with the start of A-less sessions.

Although I don't know anything about hatha yoga bhandas, I'm with you on the "it's all linked" part!
What you try to induce is the falling sensation you get in your belly when you ride a rollercoaster or similar (but with an erotic touch of course). Induce this sensation and then keep it going with focus and observation until it escalates in an orgasm (sounds familiar doesn't it?). Jack J. links this to breath and vocalization - that's not necessary, but more foolproof. In contrast Patricia Taylor coined the terms streaming and expanding which mean exactly the same but with constant neuronal activity, while Jacks approach is
based on successively induced (and building) waves.
