Anyone else get this? I just lay on my side an instantly I get aneross less response, not always but when I'm 'in heat' it works everytime, no matter what.

I'm not quite at the point of my 'journey' that I'm getting regular aless, but I too have noticed a significant increase in prostate sensitivity when I lay on my side. Some kind of Pavlovian response probably, which I'm perfectly okay with.

This.

If you follow the same routine in your sessions, your brain builds a connection and learns to enter the favored state of arousal and relaxation faster and faster. I for myself, usually take 20-30 mins. to clean myself with a douche and that already gets me aroused big time. Preping my toys, setting up the porn... that all gets me really excited long before the actual action begins. When I eventually start the session, it's only a matter of a few minutes before I feel the first response and then drift into the o-zone.

no, i think lying on the side just pushes the muscles together. thats what causes the response, i never do on my side during aneros sessions.

Ok, that sounds interesting. Can you describe that further? Which muscles are pushed together exactly? Could it be, that it's not the laying on the side but the pulled up legs (fetus position), what makes the difference?

legs up yes, works wonders. Also if I cross my legs while lying on my back it has a similar effect
