Hi people, slightly off topic I know, but you guys here are so nice, and knowledgeable too!
OK, I know I'm not dumb, but I might be stupid! What is all this about?
I was up until 1:30 the other night reading wiki's and forums all started by me stumbling across a thread in this forum titled “automatic Tantra”. You guys are on a completely different plane than me (I'm not talking aircraft). I don't even understand my own arousal and I've only just discovered what relaxation is by using HypnAerosessions which seems to be lessons I should have learned ages ago.
The reasons I first started with the Aneros was to increase the level of orgasm during sex with my wife. I though by by strengthening the muscles in the pelvic area I could achieve this. (The other stuff was absolute bonus!) Now I've always wanted to be a good lover for her and prolonging lovemaking is high on my list. I was hoping Aneros training would help with this also.
According to the KSMO website www.multiples.com this is what I should be learning. But reading every page I could find on the site doesn't give me even the basics of what's going on here. Apparently you breath and make a sound as you exhale, then somehow you having sex for 2 hours??? What I could only find on their forums was some discussions about some sort of elaborate masturbation technique, nowhere was anybody talking about having sex for two hours. I realise they want you spend $69.95 on their instructions but I need a little more info than that. What I'm looking for is the “Dummies guide to KSMO”.
I know that there are some KSMO practitioners here as I recognised some names so if any of you care to share you knowledge that would be greatly appreciated. Basic stuff I'd like to know:

As far as the KSMO learning goes, please expand or fill in the missing steps of the journey, how long have you been at it and what stage are you at:

1.Purchase Jacks audio CDs
2.practise breathing as described, generating key sound for a maximum of three 20 minute sessions per week.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.Congratulations! You are fully competent at controlling your ejaculatory and orgasmic responses, you are truly multi-orgasmic. Enjoy your new found lovemaking abilities.

Are the Key Sounds just for training or do you have to continue using them in lovemaking? If so, my missus is gonna think I right off my rocker, I'm already skating on thin ice with the Aneros!
Can I continue to use the Aneros whilst learning the KSMO protocols or would it interfere with the rewiring progress of either? (I don't mean simultaneously or in the same session).

I'm a sceptical person by nature and for a while there I was convinced the the Aneros website and including the forums was an elaborate hoax, to see how many guys would spend $100 for a piece of plastic and stick it in their bums! I have been proved wrong and I'm so glad I'm here. I'm only a beginer with the Aneros and already I see where it may lead, the whole awakening of a aspect of my body and my mind I didn't even know existed.

I think I'll leave the Amygdala clicking stuff for another day. I don't want to push my luck here.

Thanks for you participation, looking forward to your replies.
Cheers,
SkyWalker

You may want to look into the book "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" by Mantak Chia, I'm reading it right now and it is very interesting. Here is a thread that brought it to my attention:

I've not heard that Amygdala clicking forms any part of KSMO training. But I do know that it supports MMO practice very well.

Personally, I began with the Aneros some years ago and fairly quickly achieved series of entralling prostate-driven Super-Os. A year later I bought a single CD from Jack and took up the KSMO, and have since become adept at that practice - but it was not until then that my Aneros practice really came alive. I might get a slap for saying this here but IMHO if anyone is serious about achieving mind-bending hyper-orgasm he would benefit from acquiring a basic KSMO skill before going anywhere else. My KSMO-derived MMO practice is my default and, by far, my preferred practice.

Hi again Sky_Walker

There is alot going on here isn't there...

One step at a time. I second Sir Mog's recommendation and account of the benefits of the Key Sound in boosting the Aneros experience. I discuss my experience with KSMO/Aneros interdisciplinary practice in my blog: http://www.aneros.com/displayblog.php?id=3544

Pan, an experienced multi-disciplinary orgasmic navigator, as tried many and refined the combo that works for him including Amygdala-clicking, which is another separate practice. Don't worry about them all. Don't worry... 😀

Relax... Follow your curiosity and intuition and gently test what seems interesting and sparks your imagination and/or body responses...

With KSMO, you couldn't ask for a better guide here than the esteemed Sir Mog of Multiorgattainia!

a gentle relaxed and fulfilling journey for you and Mrs. SW

Thank you to The Bishop, Sir Mog and Artform,
Unfortunately I'm a slow learner, but I'm persistent, and when I see any sign of progress, especially when I've spent $69.99, that's US$ too! that's about 59billion AUS$. Anyway I thought I'd start with The Bishops advise and I've tracked down a copy of "The multi-orgasmic man" and I've gotta say I'm pretty hopeless with the breathing exercises, and I'll think I'll leave the PC muscle strengthening to the Aneros, I'm not into stop start streaming, I'll leave that to my broadband connection!
But I am getting an insight into this whole Chi thing and you know, it might be my imagination, but I'm feeling things down there.

Thanks Sir Mog for your explanations, very helpful. For a bonehead like me, considering I've been practising with the Aneros since November last year and have only had a few micro-o's and a sort of pleasurable fluttering feeling. Would you reckon six months of KSMO would get me anywhere? I know all people are different and you don't know me from a bar of soap, but what are your general thoughts on timeframes? I promise I won't hold you to it!

Don't worry artform, I'm not too concerned about learning all this stuff all at once. It's just I thought I knew a bit about sex, and I was totally blown away when I wrote that post! I've settled down now and will be quite happy to take my time.
Thanks to you all.
Cheers,
SkyWalker

>Would you reckon six months of KSMO would get me anywhere?<

I would think that six months of KSMO practice would take you some distance along the trail, but just how far is impossible to say.

Some students of the KSMO achieve very quick results from a zero-start but it's evident that some struggle to get anywhere with it. It's also clear that this applies similarly to the Aneros practice. It's my guess, and it's nothing more than a guess, that, all other things being equal, the Aneros might be expected to produce faster results simply because it dynamically and directly stimulates the prostate. On the other hand, the KSMO is purely to do with brain training and therefore probably requires a more subtle approach from the student.

But if you are of a mind to investigate the KSMO and might need a bit of encouragement to begin you might like to look at:

http://www.multiples.com/howtolastlongerinbed/the-multiple-orgasm-trigger-for-men-and-women/the-lounge/2451-newbie-first-session#post8906

which is from a 27-year-old KSMO newbie who seems to have made a quick and successful beginning.

>I know all people are different and you don't know me from a bar of soap, but what are your general thoughts on timeframes? I promise I won't hold you to it!<

I had some very quick results from the start with my KSMO practice. But I'd already had a year of success with the Aneros so it's likely that I had already been partly rewired for MMOs and this might have given me a running start. But after some four years with the KSMO my orgasmic events are still becoming steadily deeper, higher, wider and of longer duration and show no signs as yet of reaching a plateau. At the same time, my Aneros and Peridise results are growing too.

Good luck,

Mog 🙂

Hi skywalker
I too started with the aneros.Because it worked for me out of the box I was keen to experience everything mmo related and bought the ksmo program-it was the best money spent in a long time!
Ksmo enhances any sexual activity in mog's own words-it is my preferred method now.no hands no toys no lube just me listening to my body's natural responses.
However without the awakening and awareness and rewiirng that occured with the aneros I would have been skeptical about ksmo (and was-wtf is a key sound) until someone here suggested I try things without the aneros.
There are Different paths to mmo nirvana I am sure.life altering options;,the more the better.
Treat any method you choose with curiosity for you are learning to listen to your body's lmessages of pleasure, not forcing it to rigidly respond in the limited fashion we have trained it to all our lives.
Good luck on your voyages into the ocean of infinite bliss
A
