lately lve been looking into different methods to try and help towards getting super-o's my most recent experimentation was getting past the need to pee, and the only thing lve achieved with that is having to put towels in the wash, while the sensations were interesting l dont believe they were the sensations l was looking for as it felt more relieving than sexual.
now l have a general idea how to do kegels, but l was hoping for confirmation on if lm on the right track of the muscle group.. that is to say is the same group of muscles used for "waggling" when erect? if it is it would allow me to identify the right group of muscles to train quicker than trying to stop the flow of urine as l feel movement around the perennial area when l do when l flex that general area when l try to waggle when both erect and not and lm assuming the idea is to try and hold the contraction in that area to increase the strength of it.
The kegel muscles are the ones you would associate with starting and stopping the flow of urine. It's challenging to separate those from the anal muscle group, which is why focusing on just the flow of urine may often result in the feeling of the need to urinate! I have my best sessions after thoroughly eliminating both urine and bowels, and if I have to urinate during a session I get up and do it! I don't fight it, I go with whatever my body is telling me!
What kinds of pleasant sensations are you getting during your sessions?

sometimes l get interesting feelings but most of the time l get nothing which is sometimes frustrating.
@Aurokoen Allow me to share my experience in muscle practice - I was actually going to start a separate thread on the subject as I was curious... Here goes.
First - I started off semi aggressive with my Aneros path. Contracting, relaxing, contracting harder, holding for extreme lengths of time. I soon found that to be great feeling, but ultimately bad for a long session.
Second - I switched to near meditation and relaxation immediately after insertion. Then followed with contractions and relaxing throughout the session.
Third (and more towards my point) - Still start near a meditative state (for what knowledge I have) and I do mild, subtle contractions, it has been way more amazing, but this leads towards my point. By being extremely mindful of my contractions I finally realized, perhaps for the first time, that the muscle groups are truly exclusive to each other. Slow steady anal contractions made me realize that I could avoid the "penis wagging" muscle tension. Or if I focused my mind towards the front of my penis I could "waggle" my penis while not really contracting my anus muscles. Truly a great revelation to me since I had always assumed Kegel exercises was the combined use of all those muscles - and maybe they are, I am no doctor.
I have found that through really focusing between these groups I can exercise them completely independently of each other. I started a sort of self learning process from the ground up. I would focus on my anus muscles and contract slow and steady, if my penis twitched I would release and relax. I would repeat this time and time again until finally I was able to nearly fully contract my anal muscles and hold and then release.
I would then do the reverse. I would focus on my "penis muscle" and contract, hold, and then relax that muscle. Now doing it this way I still find that I have minor anal contractions, but I am able to control them so much better with practice focus and the sheer joy and want to explore these groups of muscles inside and outside my sessions.
I found something else interesting too. If I sit in my computer chair, or any chair really, with my ass/back against the back of the chair and lean forward so the penis kind of pulls into the body a bit (sorry best way I can explain it) I was really able to separate the muscle groups. Sitting forward allowed me to pay more attention to my penis wagging(I guess the actual kegel exercise?) Once I learned the muscle group I was able to practice this in any position.
I am unsure if this is useful at all, but in self exploration these are some of the things I have found while exploring and practicing.
I guess in short, if you really pay attention and take it SLOW and really try to work those muscle groups you will eventually "know" which ones you want to move and just move those.
interesting read, l think l might have the muscles down now or lm assuming l do, but l still need some clarifications on some things.. the perineum to be exact.
however l realised l could move part of that area a day or two back, that is to say when you feel the shaft and move up it from the anus towards the nutsack, l found an area just where the nutsack starts of the shaft l could move pretty much at will and that if l went further back than that l was unable to feel any shaft movement, now lm wondering if thats the area (the part l can move) where l should aim to be putting the p-tab otherwise ld assume there is only an in out motion from the sphincter rather than anything else.
only issue l see tho is getting it to stay in the area l can move as its further forward than most diagrams lve seen (a few suggest that area tho) plus its further forward than where the p-tab sits if l let the aneros seat itself which means some tugging of the p-tab a little further forward (tho l havent tried it properly yet, lve been moving closer to the area l can move with different placements).
