just got back into backdoor activity 😉 I like the new Helix sny its a lot less brutal, the silicon is more bum friendly for an IBS sufferer that can be sore.
But my question is - to get anything going as in the past I have to do some quite powerful holding contractions, holding for sometime to get the muscles to spasm, once started I can control and ride the waves, Had a mini O this evening.
Should I have to bear down so much? I just get nothing by laying there and relaxing.
any risks or improvement techniques?
If the backdoor has been closed and locked for a while, perhaps the PC muscles need some exercise to get back to their toned condition. You shouldn't need to be bearing down real hard to obtain results!
