First Post- I have the MGX, Helix and Progasm, purchased in that order. I have been using mainly the Helix for thr last 4 months. Here is some of the background and then my problem (If it really is a problem).

Then I lay on either side, knees bent a little and do some slow breathing and relax as much as humanly possible. My thoughts are usually on floating in clouds or space. After about 15 minutes I get a sensation I call Buzz Butt. It feels kind of like a vibrator set on its lowest setting. The feeling feels deep inside me. (Up to this point I have done nothing but breathing and trying to totally relax) Nothing for 4 months has happened beyond this point. I have tried slight contraction (nothing) tried just breathing and more relaxing (nothing) tried strong contractions (Negative effect) tried thinking of sexual things (still nothing) by nothing I mean the Butt Buzz stays there but nothing in addition happens. My sessions will last about an hour..I'm so relaxed in some (most) I fall asleep and wake up in the morning with Mr Helix still there. The next day I have Butt Buzz for no apparent reason. I could just be at work and I feel it. (Mr Helix of course is home) seems pretty random.
I don't think I have been able to have an involuntary contraction. (Pretty sure of that). When I do the contractions I use the muscles as if to stop peeing and sometimes use the anus muscles. Hope this is correct. I am a very patient person so maybe you folks will just say. Give it a little more time. (Cool). I have heard alot about Lubes so I got this Silicone based stuff Euro something, suppose to be super slippery. Hasn't really helped though.
95% of my sessions are at night (If that helps)session length is about 60 minutes 3 times a week.
I hope someone else has had the Buzzing feeling and was able to go to the next level. I have no idea what more to do to get closer to a dry O (never been close) I think I am on the right track but something must be slight wrong with what I am doing. HELP would be greatly welcomed. Trust me I will try any and all suggestions at this point.
Oh can I wear this around the house while doing work, Jogging at night?? Thanks again all 8)

Welcome to the Forum.
The frustration you are experiencing is a very common phenomenon with new Aneros users. From what you have said it sounds to me like you are NOT entering an Aneros session in a sufficiently aroused state of mind and you are arbitrarily limiting your self to a time period. I doubt your lube has anything to do with the effectiveness of your sessions.
Wearing your Aneros whilst doing other activities is possible but what’s the point? By doing other activities, you in effect are dissipating mental energy and focus away from the subtle sensations that are the foundations for the orgasmic experience provided by your Aneros models.
The slow breathing and relaxation aspects of your practice to date sound fine. The fact that you are getting sensory feedback via butt buzz and you have achieved some of the Milestones noted in the WIKI indicates to me you are on the correct path. Unfortunately there is no way to predict how rapidly one will become re-wired for this experience of multiple orgasms, patience is necessary.
Here are a few of my suggestions.
1.) Seek to get yourself mentally aroused before starting a session. This may entail you needing to abstain from ejaculating several days beforehand. You may wish to view pornography or other erotic imagery. You may wish to read erotic literature. You may wish to use self-hypnosis to invoke active fantasies in your mind. Anything that gets your mind actively focused on erotic thoughts will help. If your libido is sagging it is highly unlikely your Aneros is going to help generate arousal. Remember the Aneros is a better arousal amplifier than it is an arousal generator. If you have a low sex drive in general you may wish to have your hormone levels checked to assure yourself there is nothing physically abnormal, additionally you may consider altering your diet to provide beneficial vitamin and herbal supplements to increase libido. Arousal is a key component to the Super-O experience.
2.) Allow yourself an undefined period of time to enjoy an Aneros Session. It sometimes takes me 30-45 mins. just to get physically and mentally relaxed enough to get into the O-zone. If you set a time limit for a session, you’ve set a LIMIT to your ability to experience pleasure. Setting such limits is counter-productive.
3.) Try some different Body Positions to see if more sensations can be generated that way. Actively erotically stimulate other parts of your body (except your penis), rub your nipples, caress your belly, balls, thighs, etc.
I hope this helps nudge your progress a little bit forward.
