I still remain wary of any water based lubes, insofar as they are absorbed by the rectum.

I really see this product as pretty safe. I really don't think this is any more toxic than petroleum jelly, and lots of other brand lubes.. None undergo as vigerous testing as we're led to believe.

Also, I haven't found any complaints on any forum yet.

I've ordered a bottle 🙂

The reason i prefer oil based is that the oil doesn't get absorbed by the rectum while the water based might. I am concerned that in the future we'll discover that ingredient X, when absorbed, collects in organ Y, causing long term problem Z. That said, I asked my GI doctor and he said "who knows?"

A long time ago I purchased j-lube. it came in a big canister. i ended up throwing it out, so i don't think i found it that useful, i don't remember why. you might! i do know i imagined using it in a car chase scene on a rainy night.
