I'm looking at buying the Aneros, but I have a question. Do you insert the Aneros and just sit back and relax as it rubs the prostate? Or do you use it like a dildo, and like you're being fucked? If this truly is "Plug and Play" then I'm all for it.

The Aneros has been designed to be driven by anal sphincter contractions alone. The device has been anatomically configured, and as such is not intended to be "worked" manually like a dil. The manufacturer advises against it, as do the advanced users here in this forum.
