If you are not certain if you are the one doing it, then it's probably involuntaries. Both types of contraction will work to bring you closer to an orgasm, so you don't need to have 100% true invols to make things happen. There is excitement in having the contractions "happening to you" and this will help but it's not mandatory. My invols sometimes come with an element of surprise, other times I'm voluntarily contracting and stop thinking about it and the contractions continue to follow the same pattern.
It’s not worth ruminating over if your finding pleasure. If your feeling fluttering,vibrations or even a snatching motion,it’s most likely invols.
You’ll have to learn to empty your mind of things like this,don’t worry who’s doing it and who’s controlling what,just listen for the pleasures and sensations.
An easy test is to do some long hold contractions,as they near failure,try to ease them off as gently as can. You’ll eventually feel the muscles ‘snatch’ on and off for grip. This is invols.
But like @zentai said,knowing what muscles are involuntary contraction is not strictly necessary.

Does it really matter? Don't over analyze this process. There is very little difference between your ego issuing thoughts directing your muscles to do something and your muscles reacting to subconscious 'intention'. @Zentai & @Helghast are both correct in their advice, just allow yourself to follow the pleasure.

I would recommend you try the Mindgasm sessions,Its free this month, I beleave its the 4th session where your taught how to find the sweet spot, by using alternating strength of contraction, which induces involuntary contractions. You will better understand how it all works down there. Know offence to anybody, but I don't think you can really mistake your voluntaries for involuntaries, although I did find that they switched on and off intermittantly during session, mindgasm helped me , I find my body seems to find the sweet spot all on its own now, much easier, as I am mostly a do nothinger type.
