Involuntary kegels problem

I have practiced doing kegels for a couple months for better erections and lasting longer. However, it has caused me to have involuntary contractions of my BC muscle during things such as having sex and masturbating. I cannot control it, and it causes me to ejaculate very fast. This is ruining my sex life and I sometimes ejaculate after a few strokes. I have since then stopped doing kegels for 2 months, but the problem remains. Any help would be greatly appreciate, I am willing to try literally anything...

Thanks for reading,
Alex

"Premature Ejaculation" or "Early Ejaculation" is a part of the overall E.D. syndrome and can be caused by a broad range of issues/cause factors. As such, this can turn into a guessing game in an online forum. You might find more help in a forum dedicated to erectile dysfunction such as -- alt.support.impotence -- on Usenet, or -- Yahoo! Groups --.

Experienced Aneros users who have regular "dry-orgasms" distinguish between Orgasm and Ejaculation. This extends to skill in pacing themselves during intercourse when they do desire to ejaculate (many of us desire to share orgasmic releases with our mates while avoiding ejaculation.)
This is characteristic of Multiple Male Orgasm (MMO) techniques.

I'd suggest a set-down session with a Urologist specializing in Erectile Dysfunction. If you can find one who also practices Eastern Medicine, that would be a plus.

I'd hazard that the Kegels themselves weren't the cause of the P.E. So, if/when you make that Uro visit, share information about what led you to undertake the kegels.

Best wishes and hope you find a path that turns this around.

Thanks for the reply, I will eventually see a urologist as well as go to those websites.

Just to add to what you said, I believe the involuntary kegeling is at least somewhat effecting my PE because when I can keep the kegeling under control, I can last even more than 15 minutes, while if the kegelins are going crazy, it will be a 1 or 2 minute thing.

"Performance anxiety" is a sure path to poor sex. If you are pressuring yourself to hold back you may be causing or adding to the problem of premature ejaculation.

Relaxation and concentrating on the 'journey' instead of the 'destination' really helps me.

You might try sex or masturbation without expecting to ejaculate, just enjoy the simple pleasure of the good feelings. If your partner is understanding try a session where there is no direct penile stimulation (i.e. touching of the penis) and no penetration. Just massaging and feeling of each others bodies can be a wonderful experience in and of itself.

Between the Aneros and Jack Johnson's MMO course I learned the difference between orgasm and ejaculation and now I can have multiple orgasms without ejaculation.

Helixbill, performance anxiety may be a part of my problem, but in my case there is a direct correlation between how long I last and whether my involuntary kegels are going off or not. When I can control them, like I said I can last at least 10-15 minutes, while when I can't control them and I am kegeling during intercourse, I can only last 1-2 minutes.

I just wish there was a way I could stop doing these kegels, I think if I could get rid of them my problem would stop...
