I just had an entirely new experience last night. It was towards the end of the session, well it felt like the end as I am sometimes surprised how things can start up again just when you think it’s over. Session length had been about 90 minutes and I experienced some wonderful sensations, some mini O’s and my prostate pulsing. As the waves died away I welcomed the chance to catch my breath and recover a little. Usually at this time I bask in the glow for a while and then sleep but, this time I just felt myself become somewhat detached and unaware of any other sensation except for a feeling of extreme calm. My heart rate slowed down very quickly and my breathing was incredibly gentle, I was actually hoping that my prostate had no more surprises for me as I didn’t want anything to disturb my tranquil state. I used to practice meditation for a while but never felt anything as deep as this. So all I can say is, yes the orgasms and heights of pleasure that sometimes come along are wonderful but, so are the moments of peace and calm that can follow. Just enjoy whatever comes along, it is all part of the same thing.

@Harper, thank you for that wonderful vivid description just having given me such a sudden moment of calm. As these moments are often the calm before the storm, once again my Aless started over and gave me another wonderful chairgasm while still reading your post and even more while answering. Stick to these calm moments and try to visualize them, let your mind paint them as a picture or a floating scene. These pictures help me find back to these moments and savour them again and again.
May the vibes be with you!

@Harper, thank you for sharing this experience with us. Like you, I was trained in various meditation disciplines. When I began applying meditation to my Aneros sessions in year 2014, the year I got Tempo, I learned to relax and let go in my Aneros sessions. Relaxation now is at the heart of all my Aneros sessions and Aless, which I now regard as powerful meditative tools.

I am just am just glad that my post has been helpful. Sometimes it is difficult to know whether an event is worth mentioning in a post or not, it feels as if I am just saying, ooh, this just happened or, I just felt this. But I guess it is all about learning and sharing resources at the end of the day. I am definitely going to observe more of the quiet times during a session, there is a a lot to be discovered.

@Harper, writing about my experiences, whether worth mentioning or not, helped me to internalize them, to lay focus on special parts of them, I otherwise may have missed to even notice. This sharpened my awareness and sensitivity for the next session and thus had a great share in my rewiring.

Btw, do you already have a blog? It's worth the efforts. My journey has become so fast from time to time, I had to reread my diary to remember my earlier experiences, I already had forgotten, because the next ones had mostly been even more exciting and memorable.

Oh yeah, how wonderful to take part and to share! Good vibes will be your benefit! So, keep on posting!

@Harper Thanks to your "experience" with relaxation, I was able to feel something new in my recent session with the HIH 950. I even progressed to a wet dream! I have noted in my blog that there is a big difference (IMHO) between just "doing-nothing" in a session and completely relaxing into a session. I will try this new technique in my next session.

Don't know how you do the @someone thing in a post?

Yes I am beginning to think that maybe I should write down some of my thoughts, ideas and experiences. So many things whizz through my mind sometimes doing this stuff. I do find if I write things down they make a bit more sense to me and I can absorb and understand them better.

Dead right goldenboy. Doing nothing = anticipation= expectation. Total relaxation is very hard to explain, other than completely calming the mind and body and ignoring the mental chatter that goes on inside our heads all the time. But not falling asleep is the hard part for me as my sessions are all very late ones.

@Harper, "doing nothing = anticipation = expectation" = going deeper is what I experience now in all my sessions. Hence each session has much to teach me. We are here on Aneros Forum and in the blog to inspire and encourage each other. There is a lot of sexual energy here! 😉

@Harper, you only have to type an "@" followed my a member's name and wait for a tooltip "working" to appear on top of the window, followed by a short or even longer list of member names (dropping down below your cursor) you can choose from by clicking on one of them. Now you'll see an avatar on the left and the linked member's name on the right of the "@". Perhaps you have to allow some scripts first. For example "noscript" (Firefox-Addon) would usually deny that script if not especially opted-in as "(temporarily) trusted". The benefit is to get a message if one's name is mentioned in a post.

So right!

It doesn’t seem to work on my iPad. The tooltip doesn’t appear after I type @.
Anything I can try?

@ Harper, have you ever tried another browser? Firefox is also available for iPad.
As well it could be a result of the restrictions of iOS itself to certain scriptings.
In HTML it's a bit long to type manually:

https://community.aneros.com/community/member/57303-harper

Perhaps you could copy that link from the name of the poster.

If you get access to the extended editing tools

you could use that syntax for a link without avatar by typing:

@Harper

then selecting that text and adding the link to the text using the button pointed above to get a result like this:

@Harper

But I don't know whether this would also create that message and forward it to the specified member.
Therefore I inserted a space between "@" and "harper" above.
If you nevertheless will get a message, it would be the proof to be functional.
