I've had the MGX for a bout 3 weeks now and have used many times, but with no results, at all. I don't feel ANY sort of pleasurable sensations, its just sort of... there. I've tried relaxing and using various positions but none of them worked. I'm not trying to achive quick results by any means, my sesions las t for at least 30min, usually allot longer. But I still get nothing. I've even tried sleeping with in in all night. I should feel something by now shouldn't I? Should I try a different model? Or am I doing something wrong. I've read allot of the advice threads around her already and they don't seem to be of any help.

Hi Grain, I think if you just patiently feel whatever tiny little sensations come your way and encourage even the slightest good sensation you will eventually wake that region up. I had never really felt anything good with anal play until I had some time under my belt with the Aneros (I don't remember how long exactly). After awhile things started happening. It is 10 months after my first use and I am sitting here having these great mini orgasms my chair (as I type) with no Aneros in and I haven't use one in three days. I started with the MGX and bought a Helix shortly thereafter out of impatience. After things started waking up I bought a Eupho. The MGX is my current favorite - that changes all the time. We are not all the same, but I think it will eventually work for you. Happy Holidays! grateful

Ok but HOW do I do that? I'm not feeling any "tiny little sensations".

Do I need to be erect for it to work? I find it difficult for some reason to maintain an erection if I focus on the aneros or think about it being in there.

Erections are not required at all, you can have good results with or without one.

Out of curiousity sake, are you 5'6" or shorter by chance? If so, the SGX might work a lot better.

As for feeling no sensations at all, you might try slowly contracting and relaxing you PC muscles (drawing in the MGX and releasing it) while you lay on your stomach, that was the method I started with early on, and after a while I started to notice some faint sensations. I felt pretty much nothing as well when I first started, but this seemed to get things rolling.

If all else fails, you might try a different model (Helix or Progasm might work better). It might also just be in your head, so desperate to feel something that you are masking any sensation, at least that is how my journey started.

Hope things work our for you.

I'm 6'1".

Yes I've tried the PC contractions thing lots. Doesn't help. However I've only tried laying on my stomach once. I'll try that position more to see if It'll work.

You might also try edging.

Nipple stimulation is another good one. I'm beginning to notice a tingling in my prostate when I stroke them. It's been a little over a week now and they keep feeling better and the sensation is getting stronger.

I have the Helix and the Progasm, but prefer the Helix lately. Bigger doesn't always seem to be better in this case. I'm 5'10" and most of my sessions I feel some pleasure, but only one has it started to really feel good. No orgasms yet, but I'm not giving up.

Keep at it, I'm sure something will happen. It just takes time and learning how your body responds.
