I just bought a progasm ice.
I love it, but need help. I've noticed recommendations for a lot of lube, but that can lead to slipping out. How much do you recommend and where on the device. Thanks.

It all really depends on personal comfort, with the Helix Syn I just apply KY & insert. With something larger like the vice, esp for an extended session I use a lube shooter & coconut oil and Vaseline and KY

One thing you might consider is starting a daily regime of Kegal exercises. You should be able to use as much lube as you want with the Progasm and not have it pop out.

I have a 5 cc syringe that I fill up with lube that I then inject into myself. I also lube up whatever I'm going to be using...that tends to be enough (for me anyways) to last for a couple hours. I use Probe Thick btw.
