When I am building up to an orgasm, my body starts shaking more and more violently until I cannot control it and lose the sensation. How do I calm this shaking so I can get to that powerful Super-O without throwing my screws loose?

Hope this makes sense ... Start arousal with a lower level of action and more subtle stim. Search you bod for unlikely stim points and bring those into the game.
Had similar issues with heavy / rapid arousal build -- mine was massive jaw clench followed by Migraine rather than orgasm.
Are your mini-Os OK?
Thanks Rook.
No problem with the mini-Os. Not sure what you mean by "Start arousal with a lower level of action"?

Hey Bish,
If you are getting mini-Os you should be ready to find some gentle stim (like Cave's, "Quick and Dirty" frenulum stim) to guide them on into a larger O. I am able to build mini-Os with gentle nip, gentle male-deer and artorms tonguing the roof of the mouth. I tried Cave's frenulum stim last night and came very close but missed with a dud-out. No way am I 100%. I do think though that Cave does the best job of describing the mechanics of guiding the mini-O through the maze of the limbic brain and getting a grand slam.
What I've found is that I "overshoot" by with too heavy-handed a stim (forcing a contraction to elevate a mini-O) I wind up with massive muscle contractions. Mine are all in the head -- jaw clenches, basal membraine (inner ear) contractions and Migraine aura. Someone called it, "beating the prostate into submission."
For me, that's anything more than just breathing to move the Aneros. I used to do male-deer with the palm of a hand -- too heavy. Now my male-deer is just the edge of a fingernail slowly and lightly travelling the edge of a surgical scar. Simultaneous nip work used to be sort of a massage. My touch is now very light and I try to work it down to the point I can hardly feel it.
If I start "heavy" it takes "heavy" to keep feeling it. If I start light and work downward to less and less I do better. I've got artform's tongue routine down to just a faint 'tickle' rather than pallet rubbing. That said, a sharp jab of a toenail to the opposite foot's arch has kick-started a dying session.
Mechanics: I have to avoid pelvic/ano/prostate stim until I'm really relaxed (takes at least 20 minutes) and just breathing will move the Aneros without any voluntary contractions. If I do anal contractions aside from initial lube distribution and getting solid prostate contact, it's too much.
While I'm waiting to "relax-down" and loosen up I try just meditation. If the brain noise is high I'll gently rub fingertips against one another and focus on my prostate. My prime indicator is how loose I get with the Aneros and how loose I can keep it until I clench.

I end up with big wet-Os from the shaking, if done long enough. In fact, I just had one the other day with the large Peridise, which produced a very satisfying clear wet-O.
I find that nip stim focuses the mind away from the shaking but I seem to have a direct link between my nips and my prostate. As soon as I start nip stim the tingling starts and my prostate start to pump much pre cum. I concentrate on the tingling which increases. I find it a balancing act too much nip stim and the Aneros device stops moving, too little stim and I start shaking, thrusting and crunching (just like in the gymn).

Haha, funny combo of username and thread title 🙂

Now, was that the singsong, mocking laugh of Nelson Muntz, or just a meanspirited laugh of derision?

Man, am I glad I read that, Rook! I have been getting more and more mini-Os in recent days (see my reply to "Breakthrough"), and last night I ran through every one of the reactions you named above. I thought I was going a little crazy because I kept hearing this clicking in my head and said to myself, "If feels like my inner ear is contracting" which I thought was really dumb. A little while later, I'm complaining to myself that my jaw was sore and can't figure out why...and this a.m. I awake with a headache (which I never do!) One naproxyn tab settled that.
I have not gotten beyond the mini-O's yet but I find I sustain them longer if I simply do nothing...and try to be a still as a rabbit hiding from a dog. That stillness, along with a focus on every tiny sensation in my perineum, seems to propel me along further. I may try the tonguing, though.
Thanks!

This may be more theory than reality but I've seen the following often enough that I think it might be reality.
A thing I think I'm finding out as one of the old guys here. Two or three intense mini-Os may be wearing me down, depleting the glycogen reserves in my pelvic muscles. Making me feel "dud," When I then try to kick start things I tend to either overshot or go major dud.
If I take a break for a couple of hours and munch on a Snicker Bar; then, then start a second session, I have much better luck. This may explain why the young guys with more stable glycogen reserves can stand a log of muscle action and still super-O.
