Hopeful that body shakes will lead to prostate pleasure in the future?

Recently, I have been progressing in my Aneros sessions to the point where I’m feeling some p-waves and I think I’m starting to understand the different path required for prostate rewiring. My sessions have been fun and I’m starting to feel energy waves moving throughout my body.

Yesterday, about 30 minutes into my session, I was doing some nipple stimulation and noticed that I was getting body shakes without much pleasure. It was an enjoyable feeling, and I wanted more of it, but I’m trying to put the shakes into a greater context. I’m hoping that these body shakes are a starting point and will eventually lead to greater prostate pleasure. I noticed one of the milestones in the Aneros wiki is large muscle quakes (no pleasure).

Do you think I’m on the right path? I’m trying to relax into the feelings and wondering if the shakes will calm down into a more internal sensation?

If you mean your abdominal muscles quivering involuntarily...when this happens to me I breathe through this phase and relax into the aneros. This is when I am most likely to get a really hard erection. I have to really resist the urge to touch it, but if I can do this I seem to transition to a phase where the aneros is pulled in tight against the prostate, like it has found its place..the pleasure at this point ramps up sharply. I think I find myself IN an orgasm not HAVING one and it is pure bliss

@7sdoor I agree with @taff1. The abdominal spasms is where it begins for me. As I relax into it and circle my nipples, I can feel my erection grow. Sometimes it gets extremely hard. This is where I can really have hard orgasms. I will eventually go flaccid but I’m still able to orgasm more. I know that doesn’t sound possible but it is. It is so different than after ejaculation where you lose interest. You just want to keep experiencing the pleasure you are feeling. Eventually I can get another erection and have another hard orgasm.

The body shaking for me is when I’m in pleasure over load. Your body is in such an excited state as if it has experienced something so blissful that it begins to shake. It’s like the first time I had sex with my wife. I was literally trembling. You are definitely on the right track!

Thanks for your replies! I don’t think I’m really having abdominal spasms. It is more like full-body shaking without really any pleasure associated with it yet. I have gotten these shakes before when using my dildo and manually applying more pressure to the prostate. I think the shaking comes more from my legs, but I guess it’s hard to tell. Either way, it seems like a decent sign, moving forward.

I love both of your descriptions of arousal building to really hard erections. I have not experienced this yet…I get hands-free erections during my sessions, but they are more like 75% erections at most. I also love the description of the toy clicking into tight contact with the prostate. I also don’t think I have experienced that yet, but you two have given me some exciting things to look forward to as I continue on my journey. I think I am doing a better job at having my sessions without expectations and hopefully, letting the pleasure come to me.

@7sdoor Congrats on the progress!  As for leg shakes, I get those randomly and I let them be a visual/sensory que that “things are happening”.  For the abdominal spasms it can be more like quivering for me or little ripples of waves traveling up/down.  The building up to really hard erections (personally speaking) is seldom but not required for any pleasure.  Most of the time I am not but if it does it doesn’t last that long.  If it does happen it does “click” the device into a place (like shifting gears) and that can take the session to “through the glass ceiling” levels of pleasure.  I saw that you wrote manually applying but have you tried using a reclined chair or pillow to wedge while in a semi-seated position?  This way you can try rocking.  I find manually rocking devices is distracting and exhausting.  Having hands-free to nipple play, rub my belly, inner legs etc. is what really helps go for long haul and not fatigue out.  I really hope this helps!  I admire your dedication, please keep it up and I hope you the pleasure will find you soon.
