I take a similar product here in Canada called O3mega + Pump meaning a cardio-health supplement like the CARDIOM3 in the same product group as the OM3emotion version you are looking at. I am very pleased with the general health results of taking this omega 3 product and believe it may be contributing to the easier orgasmic energy flows.
