Hi guys. I just joined the forum because I am interested in buying aneros.
The thing is, aside from the forum functions, the website is basically 90% useless. FAQs, buying guides, instructions, etc etc all give 404 page not found error.
Is aneros.com/malegspot.com not being supported anymore? or Is this just a known temporary problem and are the admins hoping to fix it soon so I can check out some information out there?

They are probably updating the site. Personally I think the REAL info is here in the forum. This is where you'll get your answers!

Agree, looks like support is overhauling the "Lerning Center" but the content pages aren't yet loaded.
However the Wiki has been improved with better organization, improved search and content -- worth a look if you haven't visited it in the last few months.

Good news! It looks like Support heard your plea, the Learning Center appears to be back on-line for you to access all that wonderful information.
In regard to choosing a first Aneros model, I recommend that you first read the following : Selection Guide from the Aneros Learning Center pages, "Choosing a Model" from the WIKI and “Which model is best for new users?” from the Community Polls Forum. For additional information and reviews, you may wish to read the Sticky: ANEROS THE NEXT GEN, PROGASM, & PERIDISE REVIEWED.
Typically, I recommend either the Helix or MGX models for beginners.
