I was using my Tempo (really like how it moves btw), and found myself experiencing pain. It wasn't in my bum, or prostate region. I'd describe it more around the lower abdomen. It's too high up for it to be from contact with the tempo. My muscles all throughout the area had been activated. Flexing and releasing from the movement of the tempo. I'm wondering if this could have been almost like a cramp of some kind? I think it started around 30 or 40 minutes in, so the muscles had been working for a while. Anyone else had this?

I had some strong ones, yes. I don't try to do them. I pretty much let my body and the aneros do their thing and just let it happen.

Yeah. It didn't last for long after I wrapped up the session.
