The prostate likes being squeezed with your pelvic muscles. But it feels best when it can grow in size. It can't grow if you keep squeezing it. You need to relax after squeezing a little pleasure into it. Really relax. Identify the male need to tighten and tensify with the feeling of pleasure. Identify it over and over and relax it. It will want to tighten again and again. But you're relaxing. And you'll feel your prostate swell in size and the pleasure grow. Keep relaxing.

This is so true. I had a session yesterday where it almost felt like I was pushing out, and yet the feeling was that something massive was entering me, which resulted in massive pleasure.

Interesting question.

For me there is no involvement with my penis during an Aneros session. Also I used penis pumps. But, I have noticed better penile response over time with sexual activities. There is no published science here- but, I now believe the Aneros activities have a carry-over effect. Those of us trying to recover penile function from PCa surgery are faced with the necessity of waking, reconnecting and perhaps some regenerating of nerve, pathways and response.

All I know is I am doing better and the Aneros is fun and fulfilling. That's enough for me at this point. Fun and progress can be a good thing!
